HAD TO DRIVE 3 MILES IN THE OPPISITE DIRECTION UPON CHECK OUT TO DROP OFF TRASH. HAD TO ACCOMODATE THE MAINTENCE TO REPLACE NOISY SMOKE ALARM AND WATER DISPENSER. NOT TERIBBLE THINGS JUST TOTALLY UNINSPECTED.

My wife and i thought that the cabin size was perfect for the two of us. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the Hot Tub. The Cabin was in a perfect location, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The first night, there was thunder and lightning so we couldn't use the Hot Tub. The second day the weather was better so it was a good day to play on the Lake. We came home to shower, then hit the town to shop, eat dinner and just enjoy the town. We left the next day. We loved our time there and will be back soon.Larry S.

It was older than we expected. No dishwasher nor garbage disposal. Rustic in that well worn, plus the downstairs bed totally sucked. Lumpy and bumpy and uncomfortable. That said, the outside was very nice.Note: The Tv remote was well-worn making it impossible to decipher.

I booked this cabin for my friend's birthday, this was the first time I ever went to Big Bear Lake too, even though I live only 2.5 hrs away in San Diego. The booking was easy with clear pictures very much reflecting the property. Check-in was smooth, with texts received with instructions and immediate responsiveness from the host. Loved the lock box, as I have had to wait for the host to come in to open the door at other properties. The place was clean, well equipped and we particularly enjoyed the outdoors fully fenced out as I felt very safe for my dog to go around the yard off-leashed. Everything was as described, very good wifi and great TV with Netflix and the ability to sign-in to my favorite apps (Prime). The location is fantastic, about 5mins from the Village Shops and the marinas. Rooms were spacious, each bedroom with good mattresses and bathrooms fully equipped too. Coffee was provided as well as some spices and olive oil and a market is 2 minutes away. Everything I would have wanted for sure, and my friend was incredibly pleased. I'll definitely come back and highly recommend this location and host experience.

An absolute joy to stay here! The perfect oasis to decompress and enjoy all that Big Bear offers. Exactly as advertised. Lovely kitchen, incredible water pressure in showers, comfortable beds, great ceiling fans everywhere (summer,) gorgeous fenced in backyard with epic hot tub and grill. Within walking distance to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and the picturesque Big Bear Village. The Host was quick to respond, the reservation and checking in/out was simple and efficient. Cabin had thoughtful amenities for humans and pups. Literally, what’s not to love?! Don’t hesitate - This place is a real gem!!

The place was super cute. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to a delicious Mexican restaurant and the cute little downtown area. We brought our dogs and the yard was perfect for them. Hot tub was amazing and the house was great. The upstairs bedroom got a little warm but they provided a fan and we cracked a window and it was fine. I would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome property!! We will definitely be renting this property again when we come back to big Bear. Only negative was that the TV was not connecting to the cable box. But not a huge deal, we just connected from our phones. Reached out to the people managing the property about this, their communication back was pretty much instantaneous and offered to send a technician out. The house was absolutely immaculate, and other than that everything worked perfectly… Including the hot tub, which is rare for properties with hot tubs. If it wasn’t for the TV, this would absolutely be five stars on everything.

First time we rented a get away. Our trip was only 2 nights, but very nice. The cabin is very cute, perfect size for 3 people. It is nestled in a small community located very close to the lake and village. The kitchen is open and well equipped with dishes and cooking essentials that you would need to cook a meal. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The bedrooms were very cute and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of extra blankets available if needed. The backyard is completely fenced, which is one of the reasons why we chose this cabin. It was the perfect safety nest for my small dog and the perfect substitute to having to walk him constantly on a leash. There is a barbecue available outside as well if you like to barbecue. There is a covered spa in the backyard which we used 1 night. Very clean and relaxing. We only experienced 1 issue. The sofa bed springs were bent so that mattress wouldn’t stay up. It kept collapsing. So we just put the mattress on the floor, which was fine. We told management. As mgmt. mentioned, the refrigerator does take quite a long time to cool foods but it does cool down. The only other thing I wish is that check in and out times were longer. I understand that is probably challenging to have the company clean multiple properties but it really is too short. I thought with no one renting the day before or after us we would have more flexibility, but unfortunately the cabin wasn’t ready. Overall lovely.

The amenities were fair. The cabin did heat up quickly which was nice, but the upstairs bed frame needs to he switched out. . . our shins took a beating.

The cabin was clean and comfortable and well equipped. We took several walks in the neighborhood and up near the lake. The Village was less than a two-mile drive. We would stay here again if we return to Big Bear Lake in the future.
