Thank you for your stay in my apartment. However, I would have appreciated it if you had reached out to me with your questions beforehand. The only question I received from you was regarding whether I change the access code between guests. I confirmed that I do, and also mentioned that I could create a specific code for you if you preferred. For the months of January, February, March, and April, reservations in this complex are usually made about one year in advance. This is a very high-demand complex, and during this period it is especially busy, as many guests return every year. When the weather is warm, guests usually prefer going to the beach. However, during cooler months, many guests prefer the pool, as it is heated. Regarding the pots and pans, I understand that everyone has different preferences. I try to offer a variety of options in the kitchen, and I personally check every six months to make sure they are still in good condition. I am sorry that you misinterpreted my words. I did not take your complaint lightly, the proof, in the same day I sent you an exterminator. Please note that the complex has an extermination service for unwanted insects and that treatments are carried out every week. You told me that you are convinced that it comes in through the pipes and I just tried to explain to you that the pipes (both in the sink and in the shower) have p trap a kind of s in which the Water builds up and these traps are permanently full of water, so they can't come through there. The photo you sent me is a Palmetto...if you do a little research on the internet you will see that they fly and that they come from outside. In Florida, and especially with the weather, they may be tempted to slip inside if they find an opening. As you said yourself, I do my best to ensure that my apartment is extremely clean, well organized and has everything you need to have a good stay and I’m sorry that you did’t like it.

I am sorry that my apartment did not meet your expectations. But I'm disappointed that you didn't contact me when you had these discontents and that you decided to make this complaint only when I charged you for breaking the shower. For your information, absolutely everything is washed between customers. We do not iron but on the other hand, absolutely everything is washed, including the protectors. You have also 2 clean extra sets in the box up to the whasher and dryer. Regarding the cockroach in the freezer I would like to mention that I have photos before your stay and the fridge is absolutely clean and empty. We don't keep any kind of food in the fridge. I don't think an insect thought that the Florida sun was too strong and opened the fridge door and go inside to cool off in an empty fridge.
