This was a beautiful property! The pictures look exactly like the actual house! Spacious, great location! I would stay here again and again. The host was so responsive and friendly!

Reviewer Comments: Besides being a beautiful, clean, and comfortable, this cottage is a great space for gathering our family and friends staying in nearby in smaller houses or hotels. It has a great kitchen space and a beautiful big table that we filled every night with stories, laughs and delicious local fish and produce. The dock was always in use for launching our kayaks, birdwatching photography and just reading/napping/thinking. A treasure.

The home was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything our family needed. One of our favorite features was the huge backyard. There was plenty of seating to relax, enjoy meals, or just unwind while taking in the peaceful waterfront views.The private dock was a highlight of our trip. We loved sitting by the water watching birds, crabs, fish, and other wildlife throughout the day. It was such a peaceful place to enjoy our morning coffee or relax in the evening.There was also ample parking, which made things easy for our family and guests. The location was perfect—close to beaches, restaurants, and attractions while still feeling quiet and private.The property was exactly as described, the check-in process was seamless, and the management company was professional and responsive. We made wonderful family memories here and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing Cape Cod getaway.

We love Sitting on the lower dock on the river. It is a peaceful retreat. As always we gound the property to be clean, comfortable and inviting. Martha Murray staff are always cheerful and helpful. Comm inaction is easy.we have always had great experiences with them.

The staff at Martha Murray are beyond accommodating, they called us the day before our arrival to let us know the house would be ready at 10:00am. (Like having an extra day!)

Amazing views - the perfect summer getaway

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! The house has everything you need and is more spacious than I assumed. The views are absolutely beautiful, especially during sunrise and sunset. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a cape getaway.

Great home and great service with Martha Murray rentals

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in and check out process was a breeze. MM is always great. I called confused on the teach she’d and they were going to come on a Sunday to figure it out for me - I figured it out though! The home itself has wonderful sunrises and sunsets. The dock area is all you really need for hanging out on a nice day. It’s close to the beaches and restaurants that we like on the southside, yet only a quick ride to the northside if you want to hit Mayflower or Chapin‘s. It’s a quiet home away from the neighbors, great for entertaining other visitors, or just relaxing. The master bedroom was perfect with the laundry and a nice private bathroom, plenty of closet space as well. The house itself was super clean and well decorated, much nicer than most Cape rentals as far as that goes.

Reviewer Comments: "Riverbend" is a fantastic rental home. Having paddled up and down the Swan River many times during our stay, this house has the best water access and views on the river. The home is well appointed, very comfortable and was a great value.
