Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is fabulous. Being walking distance to the beach is very important to us and this beach is beautiful.

11 Beach Road!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in the best location! The stairs leading upstairs were very steep but after a few trips were able to manage. One thing I think would help this rental is room darking curtains or blinds in the bedrooms. The sun comes right in the windows and when on vacation it's nice to be able to sleep in even a little but it was hard to do with the sun rising right in the front of the house. Other than that property was incredible - looking to rent next summer!!!!

great location but needs an update

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: great location but needs updating. Just a few little extras would help.. even the broom was old. Not having a washer and dryer in the rental price point was disappointing. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Neighborhood was very safe for children.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is very clean but quite worn.The livingroom and kitchen are very small for a large family. Outside area is helpful except when it rains. Bathroom does not have electrical outlets. Adult bedrooms do not have tvs. Location is great as you can walk to a beautiful beach!
