Reviewer Comments: My friends and I have stayed in this rental for about 6 years and every year when we open the front door, it looks out to the ocean through the wall of windows!!!!! And the water is CLOSE so you don't have to trek to get to it!!!!!!!!!! So yeah, simply....AAAAAHHHHH!!!!!

It was a great home base for our Cape adventures. We started our days with coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean and ended listening the waves while falling asleep. Couldn’t ask for a better place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean, well kept and matched the description. The kitchen was in working order and had most amenities. It could have used a few more pots and potholders. The view was amazing and a quiet area. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The only negative was the renters above us came in late and were loud. There was not much of a noise buffer on the floors. They also smoked pot out on the deck and the smell traveled to our outside deck. Kind of spoiled the beautiful salt air

The views and beach couldn’t be any better. The house is nice and well kept. It’s somewhat updated. The central ac is nice to cool off on some of those really hot days. House is located close by to lots of things to do and restaurants. We look forward to renting again.

We really enjoyed staying at the unit, which is wonderfully right on the beach. Only one issue was the hallway bathroom smelled like urine even after I sanitized it. I think the odor came from the floor mat.

It’s has a great beach and beautiful view , it feels like your floating on the water with all the picture windows . We stayed on the 1 rst floor which made it easy for my elderly parents to access the beach easily , the house was very roomy and fit us all very comfortably. Some of the furniture could be updated and some things need repairing in the house for the price you pay for the week . They advertise a picnic table to be shared with the unit upstairs which I thought would be hard to do , but when we got there , there was no picnic table at all . No table to sit at outside . I think for the price you pay for the house they could have more amenities for the house . Overall we liked the place but would have preferred some outdoor seating .
