Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have rented through this agency and both experiences have been great. This house has a nice sand area in front of the house for the kids to play. Acs in all the bedrooms. Would definitely rent again in the future.

16 Windward Rd - July Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was excellent, mainly due to the location. I would recommend, but definitely note that the place needs some TLCFirst the GOOD:Martha Murray staff was extremely helpful and pleasantLocation is outstanding, easy walk to the beachProperty was spotlessThe NOT so GOOD:Could certainly use maintenance- Pulled a plug out of an AC outlet and the entire box came out of the wall!- Kitchen layout extremely poor, especially the fridge. Can't open fridge and back doors at the same time.- Counter space poor- Make sure you find out where the breaker box is! Using microwave in combination with most anything else will trip one!- Front deck lighting was poor and that light died 4 days into our stay.

Just a Perfect Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Picking up and dropping off of the key was easy and quick. Everything we needed and didn't realize we needed were all supplied. There are spare propane tanks in the outside shed which came in very handy when we ran out of propane halfway through cooking burgers.
