Hi Louis! Thank you so much for your feedback. Yes, the no elevator is a bummer for bringing your items up and down. The newer building certainly has that amenity (although it is more expensive). We hadn't had the feedback of shabby furniture and a dirty area rug, but will certainly forward on your comments to the owner.

My wife and i had a very pleasant stay. The room was fantastic, much bigger than I expected and having 2 bathrooms was great. It was clean, comfortable. Our host, Jessica, was friendly, always quick to respond and very accomodating. This is a great play to stay for a small family and having a private beach to use was a cherry on top. Staying in Dennis,(which is centrally located) afforded us the opportunity to visit the entire Cape Cod region without having long travel times between townships. We visited Hyannis, Sandwich, Yarmouth, barnstable, harwich, Chatham, nauset Beach & Provincetown. Shopping was also top tier. So many great little shops and galleries! We definitely will come back and visit the rest. Can say enough good things about our stay.

A Nice Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is good for 2 or 3 people. The location is great. The only issue you need to consider is that there is no oven and only 2 burners which are a tight fit for 2 pans. We had a really nice stay.

Great condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is a little gem. It has a great location, just steps from a private beach. It was spotlessly clean and in very nice shape. 2 full baths is an added bonus. The only downside for us was no balcony or patio space. But there were Adirondack chairs by the seawall and you couldn’t beat the view.

Return visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at unit 202. We obviously enjoyed it enough the first time to come back a second time. This year we found the unit pretty dirty with hair in the refrigerator and popcorn/candy bars on the floor. Being such a small unit, we don't generally stay in the room much so it wasn't the end of the world, but I also expected better after our first visit. The location is still great and really what we are staying there for. Martha Murray offered a free midweek cleaning, but we were already settled in at that point and didn't want to be disturbed. All things considered, I would consider staying again.

Thank you for taking the time to review the home. We are extremely embarrassed. Although no one wants to start their vacation off by calling the rental office to complain, we would have been happy to send over our head housekeepers immediately to fix all of the issues. We hope to see you again soon!

Cape stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice but last nite of stay one of the dining chairs broke and my wrist and arm were injured. It appeared that screws were missing where legs attached to seat of chair. Also owner of condo has stored doors under the bed and there was no bed skirt so could be easily seen from living room and bedroom.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 9. nov. 2024
Hi Lynda, We are so sorry to hear about the chair incident. We have made sure all of the chairs are secure, and asked the owner to remove those doors if she can find an alternative spot.

Cute & Clean!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really cute and clean little condo. Modern and bright. Two full baths is great for getting ready to go out. Bed was comfy and mattress felt new. Price was reasonable (off season). Only thing I wish I had brought was a fan. The unit had AC but it was Sept and we wanted the windows open but just didn’t get much breeze. We loved it here! Can’t tell you how many times during the week we said, “I wish I owned this!”

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place! It has everything that you might need. Few steps to the beach (very small lot) I really like the excellent customer service from Martha Murray rental. She call me many times, explained well about rental and did a follow up (I give her 5 stars) The only thing about this place is that it is small. My kids (being kids) run a jump a lot, the floors were made very thin because other tenants began to complain about noises
