The pros, the condo was clean, bed was comfortable and was priced okay for the location and proximity to downtown. The cons, the condo could use a facelift and updating and some love. It doesn't seem as if the owner cares all that much about the renters experience compared to other places we've rented. It has the basics. I had to fix the screen door and the recliner. We stayed there for 3 weeks and if I could have gotten out of it I would've. The biggest problem was that the condo is located by the (2) outdoor hot tubs, fire pit, patio and big vents so the noise outside was so challenging for us being a little older as we had to keep the windows open with no A/C. We went to Walmart and purchased a small fan and (2) pillows. The fan in the condo was obnoxiously loud. The dryer in the bedroom closet vents into the bedroom making it even hotter. Winter time might be as much a problem. If you stay there, lower your bar, bring a sound machine and ear plugs if it's summer time. It should be priced lower for what it is but the mountain communities have gotten ridiculously overpriced and you get what you pay for!
