Last Minute Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience with our rental. we booked the day before because the house we had rented had an air conditioning problems and we had to find a new place the night before leaving to celebrate our daughters destination wedding. Island Realty was great, the house worked out perfectly and we had a wonderful stay and fantastic weeding celebration at the Magnolia Plantation.

The house was great for 8 cousins. I recommend you ask whether the elevator was operational because it was not during our stay. We were compensated for that but it was still so inconvenient to carry supplies and suitcases up and down the stairs to the main level. Also the wifi was turned off early evening the night before we checked and we never got a response from management company about it. All in all the house was in a great location and it was properly appointed for the number of people staying. If the elevator worked, we would definitely stay there again.

A fun, nice week...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house with a large and usable amount of space. It was very quiet overall and it was easy to access a number of public walkways to the beach. The house is a bit dated, the mattresses in particular could use a refresh, with some broken cabinets and light switches, but overall my family and I would stay again. We had some minor maintenance issues and the handyman showed up quickly and fixed all of the issues same day. The house, the bathrooms specifically, was not well cleaned when we arrived. The property management was responsive but just had someone show up to do another surface clean that didn’t address the issue and didn’t clean the bathrooms at all after our request. The pool was in a good location and very usable off the main floor. There was plenty of space for people to relax and have family meals.

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We’re glad to hear your family enjoyed the spacious home, quiet location, pool, and easy access to the beach. It’s also great to know that our handyman was able to respond quickly and take care of the maintenance concerns the same day. We are sorry, however, that the home was not cleaned to the standard you expected upon arrival, particularly the bathrooms. We understand how disappointing that is when you are beginning your vacation, and we apologize that our follow-up cleaning did not fully address your concerns. We will be sharing this feedback with our housekeeping team so we can improve our attention to detail. We also appreciate your comments regarding the mattresses, cabinets, and light switches. Feedback like this is helpful as we continue to identify areas where the home could use updating. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’re especially pleased to hear that, despite these issues, you would consider staying with us again. We would love to welcome your family back!

Great place for a big family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a great house for large families! Clean, spacious, and super comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for big family meals, the kids loved their rooms, the pool and the ping pong room. We loved that we could walk or take the golf cart to the beach and dock. Plenty of parking for large vehicles and the elevator made moving luggage easy. WiFi was a little spotty for streaming but not a big deal. Would definitely stay again!

Needs some repair work done. The property is beat up in quite a few rooms. One of the twin beds is super squeaky. I believe the gutters are clogged as their was a flush of water into the pool every couple of minutes all day and night long.

Just perfect for our family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVED the pool, it's small, we felt like the 3 bears - It was Juuuuussssttt right! The internet SUCKS for those of us that have a "working vacation" this was BADThe elevator is a challenge and directions not followed EXACTLY will result in a non-working transport.EXTRA HOOKS NEEDED - We're at the beach, there's lots of WET STUFF that needs a place to dry, rather than draping over random chairs and railings.A Handicap railing in the shower would be welcome and in some cases NECESSARY. USB ports in the are needed in the outlets, it's a quick/easy swap and would upgrade the unit by far! EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREATExcellent A/CKitchen was okay, the island in the middle was amazing and if there's one thing... it could've used an extra fridge! (not an extra oven or extra dishwasher that didn't work anyway)Beds/bedrooms/bathrooms - EXCELLENTLiving space - PERFECTWe LOVED it. We'll be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have used this home several times and plan to again next year. Kitchen is great with good pots, pans, and utensils. Elevator gave us some issues but the staff was right on it. A few things were missing like extra blankets, front Kirchhoff chairs and a few other things but no biggie. A great house for multiple people to have space.

My friends and I stayed here during a bachelorette trip and we had the best time! The house is perfectly located near shops, restaurants, and the beach! My only complaint is that we had 2 different maintenance men show up and the property manager did not warn us of them coming to fix things.
