This was the perfect house for our girls trip with four rooms and two bathrooms it was the perfect layout. Arnie was so nice and we were so excited to get extra towels. So many amenities to offer from bikes to ride around the neighborhood on to boogie boards a cart to take all of your stuff to the beach. Very clean and well taken care home. Thank you so much for providing us a place to reconnect and spend quality time together. We also loved the games and puzzles too.

Great location. Quiet area. Amazing backyard for our dogs to run around. Easy walk to dunes, beach, coffee shop, market, restaurant. House and yard were clean upon our arrival. Would rent again.

2nd stay at this property and very pleased with everything. Check in was easy, house was very clean and well stocked, plenty of dishes and cookware. Having the larger fridge/freezer in the garage is a plus for those successful fishing days and space for beverages! Loved having a fully fenced yard for the dogs and the fire pit was a great place to wrap up the days.

Rain or shine, this cozy place was a big hit. Right from the start, we had ample off street parking for our bigger cars, and a welcome feel on stepping in the door. For a family gathering from Oregon and Seattle this house accommodated all ages. At first we thought the food storage was tight, then found out there is a second refrigerator in the nearby garage. Plus the garage had 6 bicycles for riding off the extra food. Cleanliness from top to bottom and each bathroom spotless. Plus Malia assisted with great local info and quickly provided answers on each question during the stay. Will definitely rent here again! Wifi was stubborn to work, and we reset it a couple of times. Doing puzzles on a rainy day, eating alfresco in the sunshine and walking the beach (so easy to get to!) took up our time and enjoyment any way, so did not really need it.

Stayed here for five days with the family. It was great. The check-in process was very easy. Details in the listing were spot on. The home was extremely clean. The rules of the home were clear & concise. It was nice that our furry was also thought of. Having a fully fenced yard was wonderful. Loved being in walking distance of the beach & being in such a great location to Seaside & Hammond (Ft. Stevens). We used the firepit to roast hotdogs & made s'mores. It was granddaughters first (and not last) s'more. The hottub was fantastic & it was especially nice that it was clean & well maintained. Thank you for sharing your home. It felt to us like a home away from home.

We had an amazing stay at the beach house. There was plenty of room for all of the family. The home is in good repair and has plenty of comfortable space for the entire family. We were able to enjoy the hot tub, the fire pit a little bit, and of course the kitchen to have family meals. Our dogs also enjoyed the yard. We would definitely come back to this property again.

Host and communication was great! Very polite and accomidating. The location was very nice- quiet.. dead end road and then cool trail that leads to the Little Beach. Hot Tub was Clean and Warm- Lots of Firewood for the beautiful Fire Pit. House is dated and needs some moderization. Noises in the houses carry as well. You can hear voices through the walls and the ceiling/floor. Advised Host that home needs a deep clean and they stated they would address. Overall, nice location. Probably would stay again with family- but not a girls' weekend due to limited parkinig. Parking at any rental on the Oregan coast has limited parking due to city regulations.

We take amazing pride in our cleanliness as most guests have mentioned so this is at the top of our priority to continue all the great cleanliness reviews. We have a large yard with 4 parking stalls. Your request for having a gathering to exceed the guest permit was the challenge due to our septic system. All of Gearhart proper is on septic so Gearhart permit is more for septic use not parking. These rules can be found on the Gearhart website. Hope that clears it up. Thank you for sharing our home.

We absolutely love this rental home. The location is perfect, just five minutes from Seaside and tucked in a quieter, more peaceful stretch of beach that’s only a short walk away. The house itself is clean, cozy, well stocked and incredibly comfortable. Our dogs love the fully fenced yard, and we appreciate how truly dog‑friendly the space is.The hot tub is another highlight: easy to access, spotless, and always at the perfect temperature after a day on the coast.Our family visits the Oregon Coast once or twice a year, and this is the home we keep coming back to. It’s become our go‑to spot, and every stay reminds us why.

The house was clean and plenty of space for 7 of us. The kids loved the twin bed room with foosball and their own tv for winding down at night. The spacious yard was a hit for the humans and four legged friends we brought with us. It’s a beautiful home that is close to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed the entire stay. Hosts were extremely friendly with good communication, place was extremely clean and well put together perfect for a large family stay. We made good use of everything from ping pong, hot tub, foosball table, games, fire pit. Safe place to let our famil dog roam free and enjoy herself as well.

Really great house! Loved it. The fully fenced yard was perfect for our two 60lb dogs. Hot tub was clean and very hot (which is what you want). The house itself was very clean and had all the amenities you could want. The ping pong table and foosball table was super fun for our family. It was walking distance to the estuary and beach, and less than ten minutes to Seaside, OR. Hosts were friendly and responsive. You have to do a phone call with the hosts once you get there which was less than 5min long and they just explained additional lockbox codes, beach access directions and where house info is located inside the house. Overall, really enjoyed staying here and will stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at this VRBO property. We appreciated that the instructions were well laid out for us. Also loved that the hot tub was well cared for and ready to go. One of the two coffee makers was broken but the owner responded to our inquiry about it, not a big deal as things happen. There was quite a bit of landscaping noise and construction in the neighborhood starting right at 8 but that’s staying in a neighborhood for you, obviously the owners can’t control that. Thanks for the nice stay!

Our group of 8 (plus one pup) had an amazing stay at this property! The house was very clean, comfy, and stocked with everything we needed. The layout was perfect for our crew, and the outdoor space was a big win. We made good use of the ping pong and foosball tables, corn hole boards and hot tub. We loved that the beach was just a short, easy walk away. Highly recommend this home!!
