Ny Renovering Serene Sanderling Beach Cottage - Duck / Sanderling

Thank you for the kind words. The location is ideal, six hundred feet from the beach, yet you are in a canopy of live oaks that put shade on one during a hot day. As host or when we are the guest our number one priority is a clean immaculate house, happy to have achieved that for you family.

Jeffery, Thank you for your kind words and appreciation for noticing the home is well maintained, stocked and supplied for our guests. We rent homes as well and have grown to appreciate when homes are maintained and stock as well. Regards, Henry

Thank you for your kind words. When Jane and I decided to invite guests to our home we decided to over inform and under promise and do it at a fair price. And to let the location and home to speak for themselves, thank you for confirming that we met our goals .

Thank you for your kind words and noticing how clean the home is kept. Yes people see the trees and can’t believe how close to the beach it is. Glad you enjoyed your vacation with us!!

Thank you for your kinds words. Glad you enjoyed the canopy of Live Oaks our house is nestled under, a lot guests can not believe the home is only 600 feet to the beach!

Jamie, Thank you for the kind words! The beauty of Sanderling section of Duck is that you are in a private neighborhood close to everything the area offers but secluded and near the beach. Glad we more than met your expectations. Henry & Jane

Thank you for the kind words. A Clean home is our goal since it sets your vacation. Please keep us in mind if the ocean calls you back to Duck.

Tricia, Glad to hear your visit to Duck was a wonderful experience and that our home set the tone for your time here. Having a "spotless" home ready for our guests is our biggest concern because it the first impression and says a lot, once you arrive. Thank you for your kind words on the packet of info and our response to your questions as well, our goal is to make our guests feel comfortable with the choice they have made. Looking forward to your next visit! Henry & Jane

Glad your group felt right at home and met all of your needs, look forward to seeing you again next year!! Communication is a key element to hosting a home to make sure of trouble free vaccination. Thank you, Henry

Thank you for your kind words. glad to hear our community of Sanderling and our home and its proximity has won you over !

Thank you for your wonderful review, our goals have been met! Jane and strive to make sure our guests feel welcome and as guests. Clean house is our goal as well. When we travel, we rent homes through VRBO to measure ourselves. Having a well-equipped kitchen makes a big difference. The front porch under the canopy of Oyster Catcher is a great spot all day long. from coffee in the morning to wine at night- time. Look forward to seeing you on your next venture to the OBX! Henry & Jane

Bob, Well that sums it up, short and sweet! Thank you for staying with us and hope to see you back on your next OBX visit. Henry

Thank you for the kind words. We strive to have a clean , updated home for our guests and try to keep it stocked as if we were there. Alway enjoy hearing our guests notice the extra effort.

A lot of potential guests do not realize the house is only 600 feet from the beach because it sits inside the canopy of the live oaks. We rent as well, and nothing is more disturbing than a kitchen with plastic glasses and four plates. We want our guests to feel welcome and at their beach house. Look forward to seeing you again.

Thank you for noticing the details to cleaning. Our staff does go the extra to make the home special. Being responsible to our guests is our goal, thank you for the kind words! Henry

Debbie, Glad the home and neighborhood exceeded your expectations.

Glad the kids enjoyed the bunk room, no one ever talks about it. For some reason a lot of guests envision the beach being further than the short walk it really is. For us renting must have a working kitchen and enough room for all to dine. Happy to hear your group felt at home! Henry

Thank you for all the kinds words and the fact your expectations were exceeded. The proximity to beach is only a 2 minute walk and that home is high end. So many question this since the house sits in the canopy of live brush oaks, can't believe it's that close to the beach. As for communication, access to owner and fast response can make a small issue go away fast. Thank you, Henry & Jane

Mission accomplished again! A stress free vacation and cleanest home in twenty years of visiting the OBX, thank you. Our main objectives is to have the home spotless and stress free for our guests to recharge their batteries. Henry

Great to hear that our home help make your vacation to Duck "your best week ever "!

Even though you summed it up in one word "Great", I was glad to read your text upon arrival that the house exceeded your expectations! Thank you for visiting Duck Fore Ever.

Thank you for your kind words on the home and how we have it stocked. Everyone that asks about the walk to the beach question the short walk because the home sits inside the tree canopy, thanks for settling that question!!

Yes your group had an un-usual week of bad weather at the beach. Glad to hear the homes spaciousness and amenities helped making the best of it. Hope the library of DVDs and board games help make a memorable time. Thank you, Henry

Michael, Thank you for complimenting the home’s location. I knew you were here for a wedding at the Sanderling INN, glad our proximity met and exceeded your needs. A lot of guests also enjoy how close we are to the beach and town. We strive to have a clean welcoming home for our guests, thank you for your compliments. Henry
