We LOVED our stay at this house. It was perfect for our family of four!! We especially loved swimming in the pool and spending time on the very large and relaxing screened-in porch. The kids were thrilled (and surprised) to find really fun pool floats and toys. They were never bored! We appreciated the many beach towels provided as well! Each of our girls got her own room, and they loved the little vanity tables for setting out their things and the pretty beach decorations. The property was close to restaurants and the beach. We will definitely come back to this cute house!! We didn’t need anything during our stay, but the host was super kind to check in on us via text at the beginning and end of our stay. Thanks for an awesome vacation at 30A!

There are no words to accurately describe how amazing this home is! My family and I have never been so comfortable. The home was immaculate and had everything to make a family vacation magical. There was no detail left out. Beach towels? Check. Awesome pool? Check. Eight minute walk to world class beaches? Check. A homeowner that responds quickly? Check. I am so happy that my wife found this amazing place to stay!

The weather was not great while we were visiting so we could not go in the water at the beach. The private pool was a life saver! Communication with the host was great! We walked to the beach multiple times and the neighborhood was very nice.

Such a wonderful place to stay! From the moment we walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and full of charm. We absolutely loved that it had so much character compared to many of the plain, cookie-cutter rentals we’ve stayed in before. It was the perfect setup for our family vacation with the kids, comfortable, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. The pool was sparkling clean and gave us the perfect spot for a refreshing afternoon dip and family fun. Truly, the pictures don’t do this place justice. If you’re considering this house, don’t hesitate… book it! You’ll be so glad you did.

We have stayed in this house now several times. It has everything you could possibly need or want. ample beach/bath towels, fully stocked kitchen, the most comfortable beds, very well taken care of home with updates every time we come! We love the layout of the house you can sit on the screened in porch and watch the pool or if you have a little one taking a break in the living room. Two of my three kids have learned to swim in the pool which is so great to have for rough sea days. It’s in a perfect location close to the beach, shopping, food and seaside but yet very private. Bonus you don’t have any 4 story tall houses surrounding it looking at you! We have brought our in-laws before and the home is perfect for young and older alike! Cynthia is the best host! Because the home is so well maintained we have never needed anything looked at or fixed while there I know she would have it taken care of quickly! We are getting ready to book again for next year once you find such a gem you’ll never want to stay anywhere else!

There was no beach view but a 3 minute drive to beach and walk down some steps. The pool was nice and cold. The beach access is not for people who have trouble with winding stairs. The bnb is very clean, beautifully decorated, up to date furnishings. Our host was wonderful. The kitchen had a lot of amenities. We enjoyed our stay. 3 sisters!!

If you’re tired of stark and grey and crave warmth and charm this little hideaway is perfection! The cottage is very clean and comfortable and every need is thought of and provided for. The bright, happy kitchen and screened back porch need to be in Southern Living. Seagrove Beach and all the shops and restaurants of Seaside are an easy walk away. The host is very responsive and gracious. I will definitely stay here again!
