Poor maintenance of facility overall. The elevator was out when we arrived and had been out for 1 month.Then 2nd main elevator when out during our 3rd night during our stay. We where on the 17th floor out of 18. No general updates where given. No assistance was offered. Had to carry all luggage door from 17th floor.

This is absolutely incorrect information. There were updates given daily and also had the elevator working with one of the security people the next day. We offered to move this guest down to the sixth floor when the elevator went out so they could still use the alternateelevator but they declined and said they loved this unit. Also offered an extra night stay for the inconvenience and they took it and never called asking for assistance with their luggage which we would have been happy to assist with.

Great condo for a family stay! Beach access right there and the 2 beach chairs included were the perfect addition every day. Views of the beach and sunset incredible. Pool was great for after the beach and late evening swims. Everything in the condo worked. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to bring my daughter and her best friend for a week.

Dave Green is an excellent host. His property is spotless, well-stocked and nicely decorated. I've stayed in several of his properties over the past decade and enjoyed every one. The beach view is spectacular and Watercrest is well worth the money.

We have stayed at Watercrest for many years and always love being at this host’s condos. This condo was clean and had the most comfortable seating for a family to watch TV at night. Communication with the host was great, kitchen was well stocked, and the Watercrest location and views are always so good. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome condo and awesome vacay!Kitchen is well stocked…even has a tea kettle. That’s important for a southern sweet tea drinking lady !!! Our host was amazing!I highly recommend staying here!

Me and my family totally enjoyed our stay. It had beautiful views, clean, comfy and relaxing . The host was attentive and always responded with promptnes. This location is definitely the best for vacation. Highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay as usual. We love Watercrest and have stayed there multiple times. Property manager was a little slow in replying to messages but overall was good. I asked twice about the parking information so that I could register our vehicle ahead of time and the information was not provided ahead of time. It turned out fine though. The primary bedroom was considerably warmer than the rest of the space even though the blinds and drapes were closed the entire time. I ended up putting a fan in the doorway to draw some of the coolness in from the other rooms and that seemed to help. Views were awesome as always.

Thank you for your review! We found that the AC unit was not cycling correctly and have replaced the unit with a new larger unit and added an extra duct in the master bedroom as well. There is akso a new thermostat in the master bedroom so that the unit will stay on if needed there. Hope to see you again!

The condo was beautiful! I will have to say the deal with the AC and the master bedroom is concerning. It is noted in a few places (on reviews and on a sheet at the condo) it is because of the room being so far from the AC unit, but I don't believe that is the problem. I think you should get that looked at, the temperature in that bedroom is REALLY, REALLY hotter than the rest of the condo, I think you have a duct issue! I loved the view, the furniture was comfortable, loved having a beach set up provided. The beach and water during our stay was beautiful! I will also note don't rely on freezer for your ice needs, it doesn't make much ice at all and this model fridge doesn't have filtered water. Dave was available for any questions I had and we enjoyed our trip!

I am so sorry you never contacted us about the AC issue you had in the master bedroom. I did find the solar shade up when you departed and as noted at the unit, it needs to be lowered in the summer months during the day so that the sun does not heat up the master bedroom. We are installing a second vent in this room during the off season as well.

The fantastic views were our favorite!! Bed was very comfortable as well! Loved having the beach chairs available for use. The only improvement that I can think of would be to have a walk in shower in the master bath.

Beautiful views

We had a nice stay and the view was amazing. The details are misleading. It said beach chairs and we assumed enough for everyone staying there but you only get 2 and then have to pay for extra. There were no beach towels. Although the manager brought us some towels to use as beach towels while he addressed other things. He said he would come back the next day with actual beach towels and a new AC filter because the one you could see was very dirty. He never returned and no further communication. Just not as expected but otherwise it was a nice stay.

We loved staying at this condo! The location is great. The room was nice and had all of the amenities. The beds were also very comfortable. The beach chairs are a great bonus. Communication with the host was very easy and he responded quickly to any of our questions. I hope we get to come stay here again very soon.

Wonderful location!!! Right on the beach; FANTASTIC views; roomy and LOVE the reserved beach chairs. My only suggestion is to upgrade the airconditioning for older women like myself who need a "colder" room in which to sleep. The master bedrom is farthest from the air conditioning system and thus not as cool as the rest of the condo.

Fun in the sun

Very clean and beautiful views. Parking fee was changed when we arrived and had to pay more as well as the process for parking pass. Master bed room got a little warm only on the last night even though we followed their instructions. We broke out the fan they had in the closet which helped greatly. Wasn't so warm you couldn't sleep. Absolutely I would stay there again. Beautiful furniture on the balcony which we utilized a lot. Bring your binoculars!

Thank you for your review. The HOA changed to Parking Boss on line registration and added $8.00 to the parking fee. We found that the AC unit was not cycling correctly and have since replaced it with a larger unit as well as adding a second vent in the master bedroom when we remodeled bathrooms in December. Relax trip

We enjoyed the beautiful views comfy furniture in den area. Master gets a tad bit warmer than the rest of the condo even with the shades down all day. David was very helpful and responded on all my questions. Even brought a tea jug to make my decaf tea in.

Best view in Florida.

Loved the classy decor of the unit. The view from so many windows was breathtaking. Clean and ready to relax and enjoy. Will definitely return.

Spectacular view

Very nice oceanfront condo and David was very responsive. It's right on the beach! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. I especially liked the chairs / umbrella the fact that people were not allowed to set up tents or umbrellas in front of them.
