I will start by saying I go to Narvarre a lot and always stay at Beach Colony East …this was the 1st time I stayed in this unit …..I think this unit is in need of some love and attention ….and cleaned up real good. The ice box door needs to be flipped to open at the other side …the dryer door also . The ice maker in the fridge needs to be looked at ….the air conditioner may need to be checked … a new paint job would help this unit . But also as ALWAYS you can never beat the beautiful beach in Navarre.And Tim was very responsible when I messaged. On future trips I will probably go back to staying on a higher floor because I like the views from higher up.And the paper mini blind shades really need to go in the master bath …the one that faces the gulf won’t even go up. Also could use an upgrade on pans and forks and knives. And maybe a few more wash cloths.

This condo was great! It was spacious and spotless. They provided everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach (the beach chairs and pool floats were great). The view was beautiful. We will be back.

We were very happy with our experience staying at this condo. The condo was clean and smelled so fresh when we walked in. It’s decorated beautifully, and the recliner chair and couch in the living room made the stay so much more comfortable. The view from the large spacious balcony was perfect and we always had a nice breeze. The condo had beach chairs and umbrellas, along with beach towels. Our king sized bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice with plenty of space. The second bedroom has two full beds and is decorated very nice as well. Tim is a wonderful host and was very quick to respond if I had a question. We also had an early check-in the day we arrived and that was a great bonus! We definitely plan to stay at this condo again!

Over all it was a great place to stay ! We had no issues at all. The only thing I would say is the sliding door to the balcony was hard to open and where you tried to open it was really dirty! The rest of the condo was awesome!! I would definitely go back !!

The condo was amazing! Nice beach theme and very clean. Big balcony has doors to the living room and master bedroom. Balcony also was a great place to sit and watch the waves. Wonderful spot to relax! We loved the beach, it was right there! The pool was also enjoyed. Perfect spot with many wonderful restaurants, stores and points of interest nearby. Our host was incredible. He answered every question we had and was quick to reply. All pictures and written descriptions do not compare with how truly perfect it was for our trip. My family came by and now everyone wants to rent their own place next year!

Tim was a wonderful host. Allowed us early access although we were delayed at the airport. Had all the things we needed in the room and even left us an extra cooler for our boat ride we had booked. Had beach towels and chairs we used. Checked on us throughout the stay and the morning of leaving. Gate access was easy to navigate and the second floor was really easy to get to our room with use of elevator that was quick or the stairs. Bed was comfortable and living room couch was even more comfortable I couldn’t decide where was best to sleep! The master bathroom has views so beautiful and I enjoyed the natural light coming through all the windows when I did make up in the morning. We will look for this condo next time we come to town! If I could give 10/5 stars I would. Tim also had charcoal and lighter fluid if we chose to cook, which we didn’t. Just want guests to know he’s got you covered! Nice to not have to rent beach chairs or umbrella.

We had a wonderful stay at Beach Colony Resort 2B! The check in process was easy and without incident. Tim, our host, was very communicative and gave us early check in options too. Everything was very clean with plenty of room and storage. The view was AMAZING, with a gorgeous beach view on the spacious patio. We had an easy access to the beach, pier and restaurants close by. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was fabulous! The property is beautiful, clean and overlooks the most beautiful view of the Gulf. The host reached out just before our stay and made himself available for any questions. We look forward to rebooking in the summer.

5 Stars for sure***** The property was accurately described by Tim on his listing. Bed super comfortable with great sheets, everything needed to stay was pretty much available in the kitchen. Washer and Dryer seemed very much on the new side and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The property itself is outstanding and super great parking (unlike a lot of other condos in the area who have dreadful parking ) property was well maintained and we would highly recommend this property and especially this unit to anyone looking for a clean fun stay. Very clear instructions on what to do when checking out, I would make sure you bring shampoo and soap for the showers as that wasn't provided (I may have overlooked that on the booking) other than that maybe an extra blanket or two. The bed was very comfortable as was the power sofa and recliner. The kitchen had all we needed and there was full size washer and dryer, too! There are also 3 fans which I was very happy to find. The balcony had great views. October was a great time to vacation in Navarre. BTW-best breakfast around is Andy D’s!

Check in and out was very easy The balcony and the jacuzzi view was amazing. Walking distance to a few restaurants and beach.The kitchen was clean and had accessories. We had a great time. The host was great with fast response.

This is beautiful property right at eye level with the gulf. Sitting on the balcony is like sitting right on the beach. Quiet and peaceful. One of the best properties we have experienced in a while. Can't wait to get back!!
