The home was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels for playing in the pool. We were a family of 10 of all ages. Great location to restaurants, shopping. and the parks. Highly recommend. We cooked several meals. My suggestion is bring a crockpot if you are cooking and a large frying pan if you are cooking for a large group of people. There are pans and anything you need for a meal already there though. We had a great time here. The host always responded right away.

Had an amazing family stay at this spacious villa! The location was perfect, close to dining and shopping, yet the neighborhood was wonderfully quiet. John was an incredible resource for local tips. Check-in and departure were a breeze, and the villa was spotless and exactly as described. We loved the game room with a pool table, foosball, and air hockey, plus cable, streaming, and PlayStation were a huge bonus! Each bedroom had its own TV and was a great size, and there were plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. My favorite spot was definitely the pool area – clean, quiet, private, and large enough for sunbathing and relaxing. The sun kept the pool wonderfully warm, and plenty of towels were provided. Just a couple of minor suggestions: new pillows would be great (these were a bit flat), and a few frying pans and pots could use replacing. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this place!

We are from the northeast so we try and break up our winters. We've rented plenty of houses over the last couple years. This house was exactly as described. There were a couple of minor issues as there is in every rental. The host responded quickly with the issues. Nothing that would ruin anyone's vacation. The neighborhood is gated which sometimes can be annoying. Nope not here super easy and friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Everything you need for your stay is right down the street. I have no complaints, I liked the place!!

The villa is lovely and very spacious. There were five of us including my husband and I, and our three children (19, 18 & 14). The en-suites for each bedroom were fab and meant we all had our own space. The pool was fantastic and was used everyday, and the jacuzzi was an added bonus. The games room was great fun and served the kids well in between pool time and to wind down on an evening. The area has everything you need from supermarkets to fast food places with plenty of choice. The hosts communicated really well and explained everything we needed to know. We had an amazing two weeks holiday and managed to fit in three of the parks, two trips to the coast (we didn't mind travelling and went to both the gulf coast and the Atlantic side), a Halloween event, and a rodeo on the Saturday night. The villa was a welcome haven on our chill days amongst the business of the holiday. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying in this villa if you want to be in central Florida and around 50 minutes away from Orlando.

This house was so clean and was in a very nice area. Close to many restaurants and shopping. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The pool/patio are was my favorite place to hang out. The game room was a nice touch also. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again if I was in the area.
