We are pleased to share with you with that we have ordered and will install in the 1st floor apartment within the next 2 weeks a larger television in the living room, ceiling fans with lights in both bedrooms, and rolling shades in both bedrooms to reduce sound intrusion. Please be aware that the time period when you stayed with us was during a peak, area-wide special event known as Jeep Beach when there was a significantly higher number of visitors in our area and consequently more traffic along Atlantic Avenue.
