This house was beautifully decorated, clean and stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The house sleeps 10 but you share rooms. The view was amazing and the location was great. Communication with the owner was easy and they responded quickly. I highly recommend staying here.

This is a wonderful property. We had such a fantastic time. Being able to walk out the door with our pup to explore the bluffs was so convenient. It is centrally located so it is not far to drive to the lighthouse to the south or MacKerricher to the north. The house is spacious and clean with all of the amenities that anyone could want or need. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful beach house! The view is absolutely stunning — we spent hours just taking in the ocean right from the house. Clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family getaway.Our host was fantastic — very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, always quick to answer any questions. After checkout, she even reached out to let us know we'd left some clothes behind and kindly offered to ship them back to us. That level of care really made our trip.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Mendocino coast!

Home is isolated on a peninsula . View of ocean is fabulous. House is clean and well maintained . Plenty of room for everyone to settle in and enjoy the area. Nicely located near Fort Bragg and Motecino attractions. Would stay here again.

This was an amazing property with spectacular views of the ocean and walking distance to a beautiful ocean side cliff. The openness of the house with numerous windows to view the ocean was perfect. Would love to stay at this property again.

My family and I have been vacationing in Mendocino/ Fort Bragg for the last 40 yrs. We try to rent a different house every time. This house was exceptional. Huge areas to socialize, cook and relax and a view to die for. The property was clean, well tended to and have a very comfortable and relaxing feel. I would def rent this property again.

This was a beautiful, spacious house with incredible views! Even when it was cloudy, it was so relaxing to look out on the ocean. The bluffs are a nice walk just outside the front door. We cooked several meals here and found everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen. The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. Very comfortable, relaxing stay!

The home was as shown on the listing, clean, well lit with a stunning view from the living room and master, of the ocean. We were a group of 8 friends and we enjoyed our stay, towels, etc, washing machine, dyson vac and kitchen were nicely equipped. Location was very nice, we took morning walks along the ocean, quiet street that ends in a cul de sac. Very close to Botanic gardens, also close to downtown Mendocino, and to downtown Fort Bragg. Loved the location. Host was very responsive anytime we needed to ask something. Highly recommend this property, Would stay here again if visiting this area.

We loved this house! Each part of our family had personal space in the rooms with comfortable bedding and pillows. We could all gather at once in the large kitchen, and there was seating for everyone in the dining and living space. The house was clean, comfortable and appliances were easy to use. We loved the view from the common room and that the ocean bluff trail was so close. Our host made check in and our stay wonderful!

This is our second family vacation at this home. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has plenty of space for preparing meals.. Great sunset viewing. Our last night we spotted a whale just before we sat down to eat. Our host was very accommodating.

This place is clean and the view is beautiful. You can watch the sunset in the spacious living room or sit outside and do the same. You can also walk along the bluffs, and over to the cove where there are great seafood restaurants. A short drive away you can explore Ft. Bragg, and there is a pretty nice grocery store five minutes away that you can pick up fresh produce to cook in the well equipped kitchen. This property used to have some very nice rockers which have been replaced with less comfy manual recliners, and for some reason the host doesn't provide soap or shampoo (which seems especially strange for a premium rental, but it is mentioned in the description). We have enjoyed our stays (2x) here, but it would be great to have shower soap (there is laundry soap and hand soap, so why not shower gel?). It is super clean and the beds are comfy.

This was such a beautiful and comfortable place to spend some time. We loved watching sunsets over Pomo Bluffs park, the house was cozy and well-appointed, and the location was perfect as it was close to town, but quiet and off the beaten path.

A very beautiful view and great location. It is close to a lot of things. The acoustics in the house has bad echo making it hard to hear conversations. The kitchen has a bunch of non stick cookware that is worn out (only two pans that were stainless steel and useable). The primary bedroom doesn't have great airflow since the main window is broken and unusable. The garage is not part of the rental but it would've been nice to park our car there.
