Luxurious, beautiful, comfortable, well-located are how we'd descibe this gorgeous MCM home. Loved the floorplan, the finishes, the furniture, the art. All the chairs, the sofas, the beds were super comfortable. My husband who is a finicky sleeper even commented on how well he slept here. The pool was inviting, the backyard lush. The location is incredibly convenient to everything, and it's a wonderful walking neighborhood. Even the laundry room was exceptional (2 dryers). The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to use. We stayed for a week and were able to just hang at the house for a couple days and also entertain my brother and sister-in-law for an afternoon -- we had everything we needed. The house binder had clear, concise info and instructions. I had a couple questions during our stay and my texts were answered immediately. Everything was 5-star. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

This was our second time staying at this wonderful home, and while we were here, we actually booked our vacation for next year!For many years, we’ve traveled to Palm Springs and always rented a home. This is the first home we’ve loved enough to return to—and we plan to make it our home away from home for all of our future Palm Springs vacations. From the moment we arrive, it truly feels like coming home.The hosts are incredibly attentive, welcoming, and thoughtful. The house is beautifully set up for more than one couple, friends, or a family, with plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable.One of our favorite parts of every morning was sitting on the patio with our coffee, watching the sun come up and the mountains slowly come alive. It is incredibly peaceful and relaxing, yet the neighborhood is close to everything Palm Springs has to offer.We absolutely love this home, and we’re already looking forward to next year’s trip. We couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else!

We had a wonderful week in this house. The views were amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked, and it was easy to make a full dinner for our family. We also grilled one night, which was great.The location was fantastic as we could walk to the restaurants on the street in Palm Springs. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here! It was hard to leave the house for activities, as the house and backyard was vacation paradise. Checking in was seamless, communication easy and quick . The house has more than everything you need for cooking and relaxing. Well located and very quiet with a fantastic view. You will not be disappointed.

The home was beautiful, plenty of room for 3 couples. Loved the hot tub. Can’t beat the views! Mountains and palm trees, gorgeous! Also, many extras, including box fans, included in each bedroom. Very convenient being so close to the airport and lots of restaurants! Owner very responsive to any questions we had!

Gorgeous Home

This modern home was everything we hoped for and more. Impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable—it felt like a true sanctuary. A magical Memorial Day weekend stay

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Palm Springs! The property was beautifully maintained, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor space was a true highlight—perfect for lounging by the pool, enjoying the sunshine, and taking in the stunning desert views. The location was ideal: peaceful and private, yet close to great restaurants, shopping, and hiking spots.The kitchen was impressively well stocked, with quality appliances, cookware, and dishware—it made cooking and entertaining a breeze. We also loved that each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom, which was ideal for our group and added an extra level of comfort and privacy.Our hosts, Chuck and Craig, were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect from start to finish. We truly felt at home and cared for. We can’t wait to come back—highly recommend this amazing place and these wonderful hosts!

Lovely Old Las Palmas neighborhood

Perfect layout for family. Private fencing and landscaping surround the house to make it very private. Kitchen is wonderful. Stocked with everything you would need. Loved the breakfast nook. The neighborhood has many historically significant Homes. The pool and hot tub were great. We would stay again!!!

A lovely getaway

The home is perfectly located with a striking view of the mountains from the private back yard. The living area is spacious and comfortable and we appreciated having paper products and pantry items furnished. The entire property is very clean and the owner is impressively responsive. It’s a gem.

Palm Springs Get Away

Nice property close to downtown. Plenty of space indoors and out. Easy to use gate and door entry. Due to season, did not use pool. Used hot tub after some clarification of instructions from owner. Sitting outside in sunshine in comfort of patio was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Parking was a little tight as we had two vehicles. Had issues with fireplace, which we could not use, and master bath toilet sound. Owner was responsive to issues, but were not able to be fixed while we were there.

Thank you for the review. Your comment about parking must be for the carport which does legally ( by permit) fit 2 cars but with an SUV(s) might be tight. With the carport and the driveway completely behind the motor gate, there is ample room for 5 cars, however the Palm Springs ordinance does restrict all vacation rentals to one car per bedroom. The fireplace needed an adjustment for the remote but we did have the fire pit outdoors by the sectional and hopefully you enjoyed it. We had just replaced one of the 2 tankless hot water heaters the day before your arrival and the plumber determined air in the pipes caused the sound. Thank you for acknowledging our response time as we have a text chat for any questions. Thank you for staying with us and we look forward to your return.

Top Shelf Old Las Palmas

This is our second stay in this historic and beautiful neighborhood. The layout of this home is superior. The privacy of the master suite, efficiency and stocking of the kitchen, 4th guest bath, and oversize great room with bar are excellent. The baby grand was tuned and we hired a pianist for six of us to sing standards and show tunes one evening. Never had that experience in any rental. Had some issues with the pool and spa that the owners tried valiantly to resolve. Walking the dog past the historic estates is great fun. Cocktails at the Trixie Motel are just steps away. Great location and stunning views. Highly recommend.

Classic Palm Springs Mid-Century

The property is beautiful, especially the outdoor area, the pool and view are awesome. We really enjoyed the home and the inside of the house was very clean and well appointed. Just like the pictures. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
