The house keeping was good. Could have done a better job dusting. The kitchen was clean, could be stocked better with kitchen utensils. Furniture was in very poor condition! Cushions were flat and uncomfortable. Cushions on deck furniture were in poor condition. Pillows on the bed are in very poor condition! Host was good. Could have used better instructions for the front door. 2of the dining room chairs were broken!

What a great place for 4- 60ish year olds friends to have a mini-vacation!!! Clean, pleasant and close to all events. Our only areas of concern were: bring your own pillows. These were flat. Also we did have an ant issue around kitchen window. (we had no dishes in the sink!). Otherwise it was absolutely perfect. Thanks for a great experience!

hank you so much for the wonderful and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that your group had such a great mini-vacation and enjoyed the home’s cleanliness, pleasant atmosphere, and convenient location. We sincerely appreciate you bringing the pillow comfort and ants near the kitchen window to our attention. We’ll be sure to pass these concerns along to our team so they can be addressed and checked thoroughly. We’re so glad these issues didn’t take away from an otherwise perfect stay! Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We would love to welcome you and your friends back for another Branson getaway!

The condo was very nice with a few exceptions. We did find ants to be a problem in the kitchen area around the sink. We also found the towels to be a bit rough and dingy. Those things did not change the fact our condo was very capable of dealing with our large family of 10. I would stay again if there is availability on our next trip to Branson.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, spacious, and we all had our own private double sink bathrooms with a lovely shower. We will definitely rebook in the future!

Spacious living room and dining area. Bed rooms are small, but baths are large enough for 2 people.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The house had plenty of space and was a great fit for our large group, making it easy for everyone to spread out and spend time together. The only area that could use some improvement is the bedding. The mattresses, pillows (we went and bought pillows), and linens felt quite worn and could benefit from being updated. They were more in line with what you might expect at a budget motel than a vacation rental. Refreshing the bedding would make a big difference and bring the sleeping accommodations up to the same standard as the rest of the home.See attached photos. A couch decoration was put in a pillow case to be used by a guest in the bedroom!

The property was in a good location and was easy to get to. There was an ant problem on the front porch and ants were going into the house but we didn't see any inside the house. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was very clean and the host reached out the morning of the day we were scheduled to arrive to make sure we received the code to get in with the instructions. The kitchen was spacious. We did have to buy a skillet because there wasn’t one but they had some pots and pans and pretty much everything else we needed. They did have onsite laundry. If we stayed longer we would have had to buy detergent because there was only 2 small packages of detergent but we had enough for our short trip.

Did not feel a personal connection. Felt like we were dealing with a cold corporate culture. Felt like there is a penalty for contacting the office for any issues other than an emergency. Had poor pressure, door locks are difficult, we’re afraid to contact services for 100 fine. If It was deemed it was an emergency.

Cozy home very clean and well stocked with everything needed, I really loved that all the rooms had their own bathrooms, what a plus! The home was near everything especially the routes that take you away from all the traffic. I loved the area very up scale indeed, We would most likely book again.

Not sure why this is here!!??

The home was absolutely beautiful and very nice, but as I was pulling the sheet back to go to bed, there was a SWIMMING SUIT-HYGIENIC PANTY LINER!!!! I was a bit disgusted! My friend said “maybe it got stuck there from the laundry”…ok I can understand that…but there would be NO WAY that the housekeeping personnel could not have seen it!!

Pool info misleading

The house was beautiful, however we were supposed to have access to the community pool and never received the wristbands or any other information about how to get in. I submitted a quick chat and never heard back. The kitchen was not stocked with basics, such as salt/pepper, condiments and coffee. More towels/pillows would be beneficial as well. One suggestion i would make is to make at least one of the bathrooms handicapped accessible with grab bars in and around the shower/toilet.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We're glad to hear you found the house beautiful, but we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. Not receiving pool access information and not getting a response to your message is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we’ll be looking into that immediately. We also appreciate your feedback on kitchen essentials, linens, and accessibility. These are valuable suggestions, and we’ll review them with our team to help improve the experience for future guests. Thank you again for taking the time to share your insights—it truly helps us do better.

Great accommodation.

There were six of us staying in this home. 2 couples, an older family member and a mother and daughter had their own bedroom with tvs and their own bathrooms. The realty company was extremely helpful with all aspects of this stay. The only complaint was that a mattress was needed replacing day no support
