Our stay was fantastic, the only thing we didn't like was the pool table upstairs is a little too big for the area its hard to shoot from the ends but that is literally the only complaint we have!

Every detail has been thought of in this cabin down to the labels for the light switches What a beautiful stay and incredible view! The teen boys appreciated the Xbox games, theater room, bunk room, hot tub, and ping pong table. We’ve stayed in Wears Valley many times and this cabin is one of our favorites.

I loved staying here! It was clean. The owner was easy to contact with fast responses. Checking in was super easy. We had the best experience staying here. The directions to the cabin were very helpful. I wouldn’t mind coming back and staying here again! Thank you for making a clean, safe, and amazing trip for us! We had a blast!

Our entire group (two adult friends and four tweens and teens) agree that this is one of the best vacation rental homes we have ever seen! Mindy was so easy to work with and the home was exactly as pictured and spotless. Having two main bedrooms that were identical is so nice when you are traveling with multiple families. Everyone felt like they were getting a great room! The kids enjoyed having an entire floor to themselves with the bunk room and games downstairs. The adults did pop down there every now and then for the hot tub and a few movie nights! ; ) The kitchen had everything we needed and nothing extraneous. We have stayed in homes with such a cluttered kitchen that it was a nuisance. That wasn’t the case here. The kitchen was well equipped and extremely tidy. The amenities such as the hot tub, gaming tables, etc. were all in top condition and working order. We really feel like we lucked out finding this home and would definitely rent from Mindy again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect. The view was amazing and even better than the pictures. We loved waking up to the mountains each morning and having the hot tub, games, and theater at the end of the day. The host provided clear instructions for everything in the cabin which made everything from check in to check out go smoothly. We looked at a lot of cabins and are so glad we chose this one. We would happily stay here again!

Our family of 8 had a lovely time at this cabin. It was very clean, and everything was in good working order. We’ve stayed at several rental cabins, and this was the first one where we didn’t have to contact the host because of an issue. We enjoyed the mountain views, especially from the hot tub. We played many ping pong games, as well as air hockey and pool. The theater room was a hit with our kids. All in all, this is an amazing cabin!!!

Well-equipped facility - they even had a crockpot! I wish I hadn't bothered packing my own. Everyone had a turn at playing ping pong and pool. We used the hot tub twice, although some of the jets aren't working perfectly. It still felt good on sore muscles after some of our hikes in the park. And I love a rocking chair on a porch - I was even buzzed one afternoon by a hummingbird.

Breathtaking views and loved the movie theater!

We have been to the area 5 times now, and this cabin by far had the best views. The accommodations were perfect (we had 2 adults and 4 teenagers). 3 bathrooms each having 2 sinks was a bonus for our crew. There were 2 additional bathrooms that we never even used. The loft had a desk and was great for the days I needed to work (while I looked out a huge window). The movie theater was used every single night by our teenagers. It was perfect! Very few houses in the area have full size theaters like this one. Finally, Mindy, the owner, was excellent with her service and communications. She responded to every email within an hour. When we needed new remote control batteries, a light bulb for the microwave and a part for our toilet, she had a maintenance crew and an Amazon delivery the very next day! Everything was perfect. Highly recommend this cabin. We will definitely be back.

Best Familymoon Ever!

We booked our stay without ever being in the smokies. My husband and I just got married on 11/11. We decided instead of a honeymoon we wanted to go on a familymoon to combine our blended family and have an experience that would be remembered by all. Everyone said it was the best trip and the cabin definitely had something for everyone. We would absolutely recommend booking it or any other cabins Mindy and her family own. They are amazing hosts. Perfect for a family

We stayed at Sweet Mountain Retreat for 4 nights, and it was perfect for our family with young teens! They had a blast playing ping pong, air hockey, and xbox! The movie theater was also a fun surprise for them! My favorite part was the view - miles of quiet rolling hills with incredible sunrise and sunset views! Communication was great, and we had no problems! Thanks for sharing your beautiful cabin!

Definitely would go back.

Super clean inside and out and teens enjoyed all the game entertainment. Would suggest coffee for first night, toilet paper, spices (including salt/pepper, kitchen sponge pad and paper towels for entire stay.

I am really happy that you found the inside and outside of the cabin to be super clean. Unlike most Vrbo cabins that are run by management companies with rotating crews that clean many cabins per day, I am lucky to have a dedicated housekeeping crew and a housekeeping manager that has been cleaning this cabin since it was built. The cabin description and check in information clearly state that a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, dishwasher pods/packets, garbage can liners and hand and bar soap is provided, and you will probably need to purchase some of these items unless you are only staying for a few days. For sanitary reasons, we do not provide anything edible such as coffee and spices, and we do not provide sponges as they tend to fall apart quickly and they cannot be cleaned with the linens. The starter supply and the types of provided paper products and cleaning items are consistent with most area cabins. I look forward to your return next time you travel to the Smoky Mountains!

Perfect!!

Our stay at Sweet Mountain Retreat was perfect! Everything about the house was great. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was very clean upon arrival, the theater room was a hit, there were plenty of games for the kids/adults to play, and the view off the back decks was simply amazing! The house is just a short drive to many things in nearby Pigeon Forge. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone, we truly enjoyed our stay!
