Lovely, well-maintained property. Beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for our extended family visit. Easy access to everything in Atlanta and 5 mins from grocery and restaurants, but still a quiet peaceful spot. Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying in the guest house behind the Baron’s lovely home. It was perfect for our daughter in a wheelchair, and perfect for our friends, as well. Our dogs loved it there, too! The neighborhood is filled with gorgeous trees, plants, and gorgeous Antebellum homes. Thank you, Barons, for your hospitality.

This is not a guest house, but an extension of a private home. There is zero signs indicating which is the private residence and which is the rental unit. Several of my family members walked into the private home accidentally. We were staying there for my daughter’s wedding and were having hair and makeup done by professionals, all of which was communicated prior to booking. The host was aware that there would be many people and also approved additional vehicles would be present. The Groom’s Mother on the morning of the wedding walking into their home and the host verbally attacked her. She then stood in the courtyard yelling that I come out to see her while I was getting my hair done for the wedding. When I went out she yelled at me and questioned me about everything, all of which had been communicated in the portal prior to booking. I was left so stunned that I literally hyperventilated the morning of my daughter’s wedding because of her behavior. Not only was I affected, but all these women gathered to support my daughter were so upset. She had no self control or respect whatsoever.The home and location were perfect, but this person should not be a host. All the misunderstanding could have been solved with signage. If you do book this property, be prepared for an unpleasant homeowner, not a host.

I am sorry to hear you had a difficult experience; we did as well. While we typically do not allow events, we made an exception to accommodate your group for hair and makeup. Upon arrival, I provided clear instructions regarding parking. Our property accommodates two cars, yet your group brought seven. This was agreed upon for the day of the wedding but you did not disclose that you would also be doing so on Friday. It is the responsibility of the primary guest to share property rules with all members of their party. These guidelines, including access and parking instructions, were outlined in the welcome packet sent prior to your arrival. To assist with this, my wife sent a message via the app on Saturday requesting that you share these details with your guests. When this message went unaddressed, she visited in person to speak with you. During that conversation, you acknowledged the instructions but chose not to relay them to your guests. Despite our efforts to resolve these issues, the situation remained unchanged. I hope this clarifies the importance of adhering to property guidelines and maintaining clear communication to ensure a positive experience for all future guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Buckhead property in Atlanta. The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. It has a charming, wooded-retreat feel that makes it hard to believe you are still in the heart of Atlanta.The location was ideal for everything we had planned. We were conveniently close to Buckhead, downtown attractions, restaurants, shopping, and Truist Park, while still being able to return to a quiet and peaceful setting at the end of the day. We especially enjoyed the lovely outdoor area and the unique character of the property.Rachael and David were gracious, welcoming hosts and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Their hospitality and care for the property were evident throughout our stay. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Atlanta area.

This is a perfect house for anyone traveling to Atlanta or Buckhead yet in a nice secluded neighborhood. The property is very nice with plenty of space for a family of 4. The hosts are great and easy to work with. Especially enjoyed the chickens and fresh eggs. Would certainly recommend this house to anyone traveling in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The beautiful trees and landscaping surrounding the property made it feel like we were tucked away in the country, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. This is one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in, and everything was well cared for. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and very prompt with their communication throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

What a wonderful place to stay while in town for our son’s wedding. The house was charming, comfortable, clean and close to everything we needed. Rachel and David were very nice and always responded quickly to any questions we had. Our favorite part was the courtyard! We loved having the space to relax.

The host was very nice and great communication. We came with a U-Haul trailer due to moving our daughter and they were able to accommodate the trailer for the three days we were there. House was very clean and had a cottage charm. Very close to a lot of amenities. The only thing that could be updated are the mattresses. And go slow when pulling out onto the street- your car may bottom out. But still a wonderful place and I would recommend it.

The property is a BEAUTIFUL setting. My friends and I were so comfortable there. Hosts were amazing. Little extras like fresh eggs, roses, and snacks were a special touch. Loved that it was so clean, lots of towels provided, along with other necessities. We didn’t have to go out and buy things like extra paper towels or toilet paper. Great location - so close to restaurants, shopping, etc. but still feel like you’re out away from things with the wooded, beautiful area. Provided for a great girls getaway. My friends and I would recommend it to anyone and already have!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely house for a girl's trip! The hosts communicated well - from the check-in process to details about the best way to direct an uber - they thought of everything. All spaces were perfectly clean and decorated nicely with a good sized dining area and comfortable TV room. They provided lots of towels and pretty bedding for all the beds. The hosts left us some snacks (always a bonus!) and there was a beautiful patio area with seating. Our weather was gorgeous so we were able to enjoy the outdoor space. We had a fabulous long weekend and highly recommend this VRBO!

This was the prettiest VRBO I think I have stayed in! It was perfect for our wedding weekend to accommodate our family. Lovely patio for taking the stress off. And the fresh eggs from the chickens were a special treat!

We enjoy hosting out of town and local guests in this comfortable guest house. We are a family of five with three boys, two of whom are out on their own. Having lived in Atlanta since 1987, we have watched the city grow into the welcoming and robust city it is today.
We are avid baseball fans, Go Braves! Need a great restaurant recommendation? Place to play tennis or swim? Happy to provide suggestions as needed. We hope you enjoy Atlanta as much as we do. Enjoy your stay!

As a private getaway, this property is in the heart of the town, only being 15 minutes away from Suntrust Park, Mercedes Benz stadium and a 5 minute ride to the best shopping and eating in Atlanta. The house is privately nestled on 1.5 acres. Guests can enjoy lovely sunsets, refreshing walks throughout some of the most beautiful streets in Atlanta. Come enjoy the city and a private getaway, away from the hustle at days end. Secluded getaway in the middle of Buckhead.

It is rare to experience a Buckhead estate on a short term visit to Atlanta. Built in the 1930's, Woodsway invites to the house down a graceful and private drive. Coming around to the rear of the home to park, you will see the chicken coop and tree swing - perfect for entertaining the younger ones.

Enter the guest house through the patio with ample seating, outdoor dining, and patio lights to add to the ambiance. The main level is fully accessible with doorways in excess of 37" and parking adequate for two vehicles requiring disability access.
