This property worked well for our family Springbreak with the dogs. Location was great , very walkable to town and the beach. The town of Folly is extremely welcoming to dogs and the fenced yard at this property made it convenient to have them with us. 5 stars for outstanding water pressure, but with 5 adults hot water tended to run out quickly. Pillows were a bit soft for our preference, but otherwise the stay was great!

Thank you so much for choosing our home for your vacation! We're so glad the fenced yard made things easier and that you enjoyed exploring Folly Beach. It really is a wonderful town for dog lovers! We appreciate the kind words about the water pressure, and we're sorry to hear the hot water fell short with five adults. We actually have a tankless water heater, which provides unlimited hot water, and wish you would have reached out during your stay so we could resolve this. We live locally and are available by phone 24/7. Thank you for your great review, we hope to welcome you back again soon!

Great Folly Beach stay

Accommodations were just as described in the listing and were very comfortable. We used the kitchen to make some meals and found everything we needed. Location was just right, far enough from the main commercial area that it wasn’t busy but close enough that it was an easy walk or bike ride. Walk to the beach is easy using the trail behind the house.

Absolutely wonderful home , loved every moment we spent at this beautiful beach house!! We where running behind on checkin time of 4pm, loved the added touch of having the lights on for us and TV. So welcoming!!The kids loved the outdoor shower and the mermaid made of sea shells.

This made us smile so much, thank you! We never want anyone arriving after a long trip to walk into a dark house, so we are so glad the lights and TV made you feel right at home from the moment you walked in. The outdoor shower is such a Folly Beach staple and we love hearing the kids enjoyed it! And the seashell mermaid has a special place in our hearts, she is one of our favorite touches. We hope to welcome your family back for another wonderful stay soon!

Perfection!

We came with our grown kids and grandchild for a few days at Folly. This bungalow is absolutely perfect and we all agreed that we would stay here again and again! Loved the outdoor shower, the openness and flow of the home, the back gate to the greenway for easy beach access and short walk to local restaurants and shops. Beds were super comfy. Super plus: our frenchie was welcome here. If you are wondering which place to book: GRAB THIS ONE!
