We’ve been vacationing to Destin for the last several years and this was our favorite property. Clean, spacious, accommodating, and the perfect location. Can’t wait to come back!

The property seemed a little "tired." The private pool was very small. The photos were stretched out to make areas look larger than they were. The pool light did not work while we were there. The smoke alarm battery started beeping the second night of our stay. The battery was removed but wasn't replaced with a new one. The host was responsive and addressed our issues, but the pool light and smoke alarm battery could not be addressed until after our departure date. The front door did not have a lock. It automatically locked when the door shut. This did not seem as secure as the back door which had two locks. The back doorknob was up high which kept the little ones from going out unsupervised. That was a relief. The location is great. Close to the beach and a few restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with all you could need. Overall, the house served its purpose. We enjoyed our time there.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house. The property was exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made us feel at home. Its excellent location offered easy beach access, peaceful surroundings, and beautiful views-perfect for relaxing and spending time with family.Check-in was seamless, and the friendly, responsive host was helpful throughout our stay.Guests traveling with small children or dogs should note that the stairs are not child- or small-pet-friendly and require extra care.Overall, this was a memorable experience, and we highly recommend the beach house for a peaceful, convenient coastal getaway.

Our family (8 adults, 3 teenagers/pre-teen, and dog) enjoyed our week stay. The house was in a great location, short walk to beach, golf cart ride to restaurants. Everyone had plenty of space, and the theater/game room with a pool table was a huge hit with our family! Excellent communication with the host. Discounted golf carts were a huge bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great property, approximately a block from the beach! We had a party of 13 and had plenty of room. The kids had a great time in the pool and theatre room. Definitely would recommend getting a golf cart and renting the chairs and umbrella on the beach. Owners and team were very attentive to any questions.

We had 7 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 3 to 8. The home was perfect for us! More than enough room to accommodate everyone comfortably. 2 bunk rooms were perfect for the kiddos and all the other rooms had super comfortable king size beds. We loved that the pool was always nice and cool, refreshing in the hot humid Florida weather. We loved the theatre room, especially for viewing the World Cup! We loved the ping pong table. Having an extra refrigerator upstairs was a plus. The location is unbeatable, walked for coffee every morning, Alvin’s at the corner, beach across the street, we even all walked to dinner at Pompano Joe’s. Wonderful vacation, great stay!

Location was outstanding! However, there were a number of maintenance issues that had not been addressed prior to our stay (leaky faucet, toilets that ran all day/night, floor thresholds that were detached in a number of locations, a hole in a wall in a bunk room, stains on ceiling in eating area, torn curtains/drapes, broken blind slats in bedroom, stained and worn rug in living area, etc.) We would stay at this location again, but are hopeful some repairs are made for the betterment of this beautiful property!

Family Adventure to Destin

Destin is very pretty. The water really is emerald green. Very big house. No elevator! The big master suite in on the 3rd floor, so we had to stay in the first floor bedroom, which is small and contains the non private bathroom. Not convenient. Had 13 people use our bathroom everyday, so cleanliness was an issue and no privacy. The pool is very small. The bed in the first floor bedroom was squeaky and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Very nice kitchen. Safe neighborhood. Freezer was not freezing popsicles. Walk to beach was about 10 minutes.

Perfect amenities and location to enjoy the beach

Great location, just a short walk to the beach from the back walk through gate. Alvin's Island is across the street, as well as Pompano Joe which has a great beach bar. Dairy Queen, Bad Ass Coffee, shopping. Home was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our family time together.

Very nice but some issues

This home is beautiful and the pool is great! The house listing says sleeps 20. However, we had a party of 10 with one person in a wheelchair. I contacted them in advance to make sure the entire bottom floor was handicap accessible. . It is not! The theater room is a full step down , the pool area is also a large threshold and a small step down, the shower in the downstairs bathroom is a heafty step in and no seat or shower chair available (even when asked for one), and both dining tables are tall so he couldnt even eat a normal meal with us. Also, the listing said there was a 2nd full size fridge in the garage. With a group this large we knew we would need it. There is no garage or 2nd fridge. The 2nd floor water heater does not keep up with a group this size. Most of the house was very clean but not part of the bathrooms (hair along baseboards & shower glass not clean). Lastly they had 8 forks! In a house that sleeps 20. We had to take turns when we all had breakfast together. accaccessible. I was assured it was,

Great location, very comfortable, plenty of room for everyone!

We had 4 families staying with 19 people. The kids ranged from 7 to 17. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location was great with very easy walking distance to beach access. Beds were comfortable, house in general very comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels, beach equipment and pool toys. The management company was very easy to work with. We had a wonderful time!

Friends and family spring break

The house was great for multiple families with kids! Our kids loved the pool and having a bunk bed room allowing them to sleep with their friends. The location was close to the beach and easily accessible to walk to restaurants near by! The host were quick to respond and were able to offer discounts to beach chairs and golf cart rentals.

Great Family House

Celebrated Christmas with 3 generations and there was enough room for everyone to be together and also to separate when needed - naps for young ones and space for teens. Great set up with 3 floors. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was great and although it was chilly during the time we went, the heated pool made up for it!
