NY UTLEIE!

Nyt dette fantastiske, historiske hjemmet med nylige renoveringer, perfekt plassert basseng og rikelig med utendørs oppholdsrom. Dette hjemmet ligger i hjertet av gamlebyen, kun 4 kvartaler fra det historiske havneområdet eller kunstgalleriområdet på White Street.

Villa Azul består av to separate bygninger - et hovedhus og et eget bassenghus! Hovedhuset er en to-etasjers historisk hytte med brasilianske kirsebær tregulv. Den romslige stuen er fint innredet med eksotiske gammeldags møbler og innredning, og er omgitt av 2 store banker med franske dører. Utover de franske dørene venter det private oppvarmede bassenget med en rolig foss, frodige tropiske hager og loggia med lilla lidenskapsvinduer.

Kjøkkenet har granitt benkeplater, fine designer skap, rustfritt hvitevarer og alt du trenger å lage mat, forberede og servere din favoritt Key West måltid. Ved siden av kjøkkenet er spisestuen med sitt store spisebord og stoler som seter seks.

Også i første etasje er en dronning soverom med en 4 plakat seng, indonesisk armoire med TV, og skapet samt et veldig behagelig vindus sete med utsikt Curry Lane for å nyte din favoritt bok. Den fulle designerbadet har en stabelbar vaskemaskin og tørketrommel, tonnevis av ledig lagringsplass og en nydelig elvbrusdusj.

Ovenpå i hovedhuset ligger hovedsoverommet med en king size-seng, dagseng (for en og annen daggjest), antikk bord som er perfekt for hjemmekontoret ditt (gratis Wi-Fi inkludert), TV, stort walk-in closet som er foret på begge sider med designerskap. I ovenpå badet er en glass flislagt dusj og antikke klo-footed badekar-du vil ønske å tilbringe dager her bortskjemme deg selv!

Bak hovedhuset er en privat bassengkanten gjest hytte med en Queen size-seng, eget bad og en herlig utendørs dusj.

De tropiske hagene har ditt oppvarmede private basseng, utendørs bord / stoler og bassengflåter. Den loggia, med teak benk, er det perfekte stedet å nyte ettermiddagen cocktail mens du lagrer på gassgrill. Grill dagens fangst av fersk fisk!

Off gateparkering for ett kjøretøy (store kjøretøy anbefales ikke) og en nydelig veranda for å nyte de late dager i Key West.

Backyard Paradise

Our stay included many hours hanging outside, the pool and lush backyard were very inviting but watch out for the mango tree in April. The property managers did a great job keeping us informed about happenings in Key West throughout the month and responded immediately to calls for assistance.

We wanted bikes for the month which made the trip to the beach, parks, restaurants and Duval an easy 7 minute ride. Also a block away from the free Bus that loops the island. Great neighbors and friendly staff that kept the house, pool and yard ship shape. The house itself is super clean, well appointed and comfortable. Great beds, linens and appliances. I give it an A+

Located on a very quiet/private street and really close to the seaport and Duval. The backyard was very private with lush landscaping and a beautiful pool area. The pool was heated which made it easy to swim on the chillier evenings. The house has a great layout for multiple guests to have their own privacy. Super clean home and the staff at HKWVR was very accommodating to all our requests, definitely top notch service and attention. I would 100% rent this beautiful home again.

House was extremely clean, up to date, and very functional. A nice touch was that all of the light switches are labeled. The parking space is also a huge plus in Key West. A couple of suggestions which would be nice are:Provide a couple of beach chairs for beach visits.Trim back the overgrowth on the pool deck and back yard area. There was virtually no sunshine available and the pool strainer filled up with dropped foliage every day.Great stay and highly recommend.

Spacious and Comfortable

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed Villa Azuls large great room of dining/living room/kitchen that together make for very comfortable living space. The kitchen is well appointed with cookware and serving utensils. Upstairs suite is really large! Beds in all rooms are very comfortable. Bedding is quality. Outside living on the table/deck and pool makes a wonderful place to sun, play cards and take a dip. However,there was a lot of debris coming down off the mango tree and we swept our deck often. The pool house is small but very comfortable and the guest we had in there were happy with it. The one way Curry Lane is very narrow and often Ubers did not come down. We walked to the end for pick-up. We went to Harpoon Harrys, Boathouse and BO's for some of our favorite dining spots. 5 Brothers for morning coffe and breakfast sandwiches is really close.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was ok. But, there is not a chair in the house that you could sit on for more than 10 min. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. The back patio was not usable, the landscape is overgrown and dropped leaves and branches daily.The property is actually in an alley that is again overgrown and you could not drive down the alley without running into landscape branches on both sides of the vehicle. The parking is very minimal And there is absolutely no view in any direction. The alley separates you from a noisy Hotel of some sort that served its clients outdoors until late at night. Garbage trucks are picking up garbage, recycle then a third pick-up for landscape trash All of which happened early in the am. I would have preferred not sending you the review, but you were persistent. No, I will not rent again.

A wonderful place for. Celebration

Tucked away on a street you might take for an alley is a charming house that lives up to the description on the website. There’s plenty of outdoor space with a grill and a well equipped kitchen, which enabled us to “eat in” a couple of nights. The Historic Key West team were most helpful leading up to and throughout our stay. Our only suggestion would be firmer mattresses throughout and finding a way to add a little more closet/clothes storage to the guest house

Curry Lane gem

This is a lovely home on a quiet lane - great location. The property managers are *amazing* -- super-responsive, professional and very good at what they do. The only thing we would have wished for is a little more sun in the back (there are lots of trees surrounding the property).

Perfect place to work from home

There were three of us working from home in this house. It was perfect for all of us. The rooms were the perfect size. The outdoor space is an amazing oasis for when you have downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect.
