The issues you described with the sofa bed, linens, hair in the shower, and dust are not the standard we aim to provide for our guests. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially in such a beautiful property. We have shared your feedback with our housekeeping team so they can address these concerns and ensure more thorough inspections are completed moving forward.
