There were nine of us and we all had a great time! We enjoyed having our own rooms and each group having our own bathrooms. Loved two kitchens that gave us plenty of prep time and room for meals. We were close to the beach. An absolute fun, relaxing time was had by all.

We fit 3 families in this house! 6 adults and 8 kids. Other friends stopped by during the day and the house didn’t feel crowded at all. The kids were able to play hide n’ seek in a new environment. My middle child has Down syndrome and is already asking to go back to the rental house! I usually worry about his safety, but this house is perfect for families.

This is a great home for a family getaway. The house was clean and spacious.The host was very friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to staying there again.

Our women’s group stayed here while in town for a conference. We had the best time and each of us loved the house. Great location to the beach. House was spacious, we were at max capacity and didn’t feel like we were bumping into each other. Plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed (minus food of course). Host was phenomenal to work with. Very responsive and helpful. I’m sure we will book again in the future.

Check in was good. We liked the door combination access. The kitchen was well stocked. Would be good to have better quality spatulas and utensils as well as plastic wrap, foul and oven mitts.

Perfect Family Getaway

Family Reunion

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room to all be together and if anyone needed to get away there was also plenty of places to find some quiet time. We would definitely rent this house again.

A wonderful location, and perfect spot for a mixed group of friends.

I booked this house for my friend to celebrate her 50th birthday. We had a mix of her friends and family, and a large age range. This house worked perfectly as there were so many sleeping options and bathrooms! It worked perfectly. Thank you!

Beautiful home and perfect location

Very clean & comfortable! Great location, close to everything (Pismo pier, restaurants) and just a short walk to the beach. My family and I really enjoyed staying here.

Oceano house

House was clean! But listed as a 5 bedroom, which only had 4. Soap was only half full to wash hands and for the dishes as well. Only given I roll of paper towels for a week with 11 people. We have rented homes that have been more prepared and equipped. The location was great and easy access to the beach. Overall our stay was nice.

Hi Denise, please go back and view the description of the house this is a 4 bedroom home with 1 very large bedroom with 2 queen beds. We pride ourselves in making sure above and beyond else that we have a superiorly clean home and provide initial supplies. There are 2 kitchens that we provide initial supplies with, not just 1 to supply. We hope you will come again!

Good location - graduation

Good location. Great for large family. Having two separate living areas, two kitchens, and multiple bathrooms made it comfortable. A few quirks: Skylight above one of the beds made for early wakeups. The BBQ hadn't been cleaned for quite awhile. Another bed was a bit squeaky. And unfortunately, internet was in and out while we were there, although property manager did try to send a technician. Overall enjoyed our stay and was convenient for our graduation festivities.

Everything was OK but did not feel it was worth the price.

Owner was kind, quick to respond and check in was simple. Only two concerns: 1) We were a little disappointed that the beach allowed vehicles and dogs. It gave the beach a totally different vibe than the beaches we are used to. 2)Plenty of beds but was really only a 4 bedroom, not 5. Our son, who is single did not mind. However, if it would have been 5 couples instead of 4 it would have really been a bummer.

Hi Scott, I want to address the bedrooms as stated in the description. There is 4 bedrooms stated with 1 large bedroom with 2 queen beds, which is bedroom #4. There are 2 queen sofa sleepers in the main area upstairs and downstairs. as well. As for the beach, Pismo is famous for its drive on beach, ATV's, and sand dune buggies. Dogs are welcome on all beaches in Pismo and Oceano. Downtown Pismo is slightly different which does not allow any vehicles on the beach and it is less than 2 miles away. Otherwise, I am glad that the house itself was great for your family and your vacation!

Greatest Birthday Ever

Had almost my whole family there and there was plenty of room. There were 16 of us all together. Very close to the things we wanted to do. Plenty of restaurants, markets, and close beach access. Unfortunately the BBQ that was in the photo isn't the one that was on site. There is a leak in the skylight in one room, the shower leaked in one bathroom and the downstairs kitchen sink handle fell off but we were able to put it back on. We found some of the outlets and some lighting didn't work. We had to remind the electricians in the family that they were on vacation and it wasn't their house. For accessibility there is a threshold at entry and there are no support bars in the downstairs bathroom. All of that aside we had a wonderful stay Jan was very responsive and helpful. We may be staying there again.

Regarding the BBQ, I will certainly change out the pictures, those were a couple of years old and we had a guest damage that one, so we replaced it and I forgot to update pics, Thank you for the reminder. Great Extended Family Home

Loved the property, however it was advertised as 5 bedrooms, but only had 4 bedrooms. The description also included a hot tub, but the property did not have one.

Perfect family vacation

This place was perfect for multiple families, with plenty of sleeping accommodations with comfortable beds! The 2 kitchens are very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. They are very helpful, and responsive if you have questions. It was an amazing family getaway for my family and would definitely recommend!
