Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Jennifer. We are truly sorry to hear about the pest concern you experienced during your stay. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we promptly arranged for professional pest control to treat the unit. We take these situations seriously and act quickly to address them. We also want to mention that during your stay, we did not receive any additional reports regarding the sliding door, plumbing, dishwasher, or outdoor shower. Had we been informed, our on-site team would have immediately stepped in to resolve those issues. We’re always available and ready to assist guests in real time, so problems can be addressed during their stay rather than after departure. Dear Patricia, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent experience with Benchmark Management. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay. We understand the importance of effective communication and regret any confusion surrounding the notification of the change in accommodations from Emerald Hill due to Condo Association renovations. Our records indicate that attempts were made to contact you promptly after being informed of the construction situation, and we regret any oversight regarding the communication method. Regarding the issues you encountered at Blue Nine 3, we take cleanliness and maintenance concerns very seriously. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, and we have took immediate action to address them, including arranging for pest control services and addressing plumbing issues. Additionally, we apologize for any discrepancies regarding the application of the Easter discount. This has been issued to you as we agreed. We strive to provide exceptional customer service, and we are disappointed to learn that we fell short of your expectations. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we continually strive to improve our services. We value your patronage and hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust in the future. Hi Vance, thank you for staying with us at Blue Nine. We are so happy to hear that you found the location great and that the beach access was perfect for your group. We also thank you for your positive cleaning remarks as our team does their best to prepare the units for guest arrival. On the other hand, we are truly sorry that the internet service was not the very best during your stay. Please note however that although most of our units have access to the internet, the service is not gauranteed as it is provided by an outside vendor as well as other factors. Due to the service being provided by a third party we have no control over their work schedule. It was our hope that it could have been rectified during your stay as it is always our aim to fix any issues guests have as quickly as possible. We are truly sorry that the company did not show up until after your departure. In regards to the issue with the pests, please note that we take reports of pests very seriously and treat each report with urgency. We thanked you for bringing the issue to our attention and we immediately reached out to the pest control company, again; due to them being a third party; we have no control of their schedule. They did however indicate when they would come. We informed you of this and asked for permission for them to enter. We truly apologize for the inconvenience the aforementioned issues caused during your stay. We want to assure you however that all issues have been addressed and should not be present for future stays. We truly hope we can welcome you again in the future for a much better experience! Please know that customer satisfaction means alot to us! Thanks again for choosing to stay with us! Regards Benchmark Management
