The home was well stocked with the necessities (towels, linen, bathroom and cleaning supplies). There are plenty of the floats with the netting to use at the beaches as well as coolers, chairs and umbrellas. The pool was a nice way to relax at the end of the night. Everything is within a 15-25 minute walk and there are scooters to rent using a mobile app on almost every street corner. Taxi service made it easy to get around when carrying beach supplies.

The House was large! More space than my family of 5 really needed. Being that, we enjoyed our time and the villa’s private pool. We also enjoyed use of the laundry facilities. The pool was dirty/cloudy when we arrived. Messaged with host who rectified it quickly, the water temperature in showers was extremely difficult to regulate. We did not receive much help in fixing this. The outdoor shower was the most accessible and temperature regulating. Take into account that the property is a bit further to the beach than we originally understood. Given the season, it was expensive, we probably paid more for what we received.

I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed your time at the Villa! We had an issue with the hot water heater and it's being corrected. The closest beach is a 15 min. walk from the house and is located between the Marriott and Ritz Carlton hotels. Thank you for the review and your feedback!

The house was comfortable and had plenty of enterainment space inside and out for 8 adults. The location was very convenient, with easy access to beaches, shopping, and other attractions. Everything was as advertised, and the property met our expectations. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks Bob we will be back!!

The place was clean, it had a very nice large outdoor pool and covered sun porch that had enough chairs for our group of 10. Beds were comfortable! The only inconvenience that we experienced was there wasn’t enough lighting in the kitchen over the sink and over the stove. Generally, there’s enough light to see and eat, but for food prep and cleaning up I prefer more lighting to ensure I get the things cleaned up.! I highly recommend the place and I would stay there again.!

The villa was beautiful! The pool was very enjoyable. We were in it every day. The laundry machines worked out great. It was nice to have 2 washing machines. We completed the 1000 piece puzzle with 1 exception-it is missing one piece. We looked all over for it and couldn't find it. Hopefully maybe the cleaning people can find it. A couple of suggestions: having hooks on the bedroom doors would help with hanging up clothes items. Another thought-maybe putting light strips under kitchen cabinets would provide more lighting since the kitchen is very dark. Overall, we would come back!! Thank you Bob!

We had a great stay in Aruba! House is very large and worked perfectly for our 4 couples. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals. We enjoyed the beautiful pool to cool down and the covered deck was a bonus to get out of the sun. The beach and restaurants are a bit of a walk to get to but was good exercise. Grocery store close to the house was ok but Chengs was more affordable but you would need a car to get there. The food trailer across from the local grocery store had amazing Pastechi’s. The best we had tried on the island. Monica did not disappoint! Bob was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay!

Bob the host was amazing answering all our questions before we arrived at the house. Even when we were at the house, he was available to answer questions. We found the house to be very spacious. Plenty of space to spread out. He has stocked the house with beach towels, beach chairs and even coolers if you forget yours. We found a great guy on the beach between Ritz and Marriott- Sunshine Rentals that rented us 4 chairs and Umbrella very inexpensive for a few days. Even had lilly pads in the water to enjoy. ( Eddie Money was his name).Plenty of space for multiple cars. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Walking to the beach is doable but we didn't want to carry our stuff, so we drove. We will definitely go back. I would say to remember to bring laundry detergent, and paper products such as napkins or papertowels. Plenty of ice trays and Ice maker.Thank you Bob for letting us stay! With 3 from Annapolis MD

Everything our host described to us was exactly the way it appeared. Check-in was easy and seamless. The house was extremely spacious for the eight of us. It was so homey and cozy, with plenty of space for all of us without feeling cramped and on top of each other. Everything was in good condition, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals for the entire week! The rooms were comfy and cozy, the air-conditioning was amazing, and the highlight was the pool/backyard! We had such a nice time hanging out by the pool and having a beverage or snack outdoors, listening to music and laying out on loungers enjoying the beautiful weather! The beach was walkable as were the markets. When we felt like getting around or going to another beach, we were easily picked up by taxi or walked over to the bus stop. Beach chairs, towels, coolers, were all provided and appreciated! This was our first time renting an in Aruba and a wonderful time was had by all! Thanks to our host!

Stay here for the best location & large, lovely home

There were 6 of us and the place was spacious. It was very clean and had everything we needed…towels, washer/dryer, cooler, beach chairs, dishes, hair dryers, etc.The location was great. Ten minute walk to the beach, and shops are a tiny bit further. The host was very responsive and provided so much helpful information about the area. Easy to find the home. Lots of parking. Huge, private back yard with chairs, pool, grill, pool floats, places to hang beach towels. Beautiful landscaping and we heard and saw lots of birds. There is a grocery store a few blocks away. WiFi worked well.Great for large family, or a group of friends. We would absolutely stay here again.
