When you pay the price that we paid we expect all three showers to drain properly. One would not drain, so it wasn’t used after the first day. The headboard that was supposed to be attached to the wall, fell off so we put it in the corner. Several of the lamps didn’t work with the light switches. There were only 4 luggage carts ( under lock and key) so your at their mercy to get your luggage up to your room. That you pay extra for. And to finish the parking was atrocious. The pools and the kids swimming area was awesome

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the pools and kids’ swimming area. We are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. When you contacted us about the headboard, we offered to have someone come out and repair it, but you preferred not to have maintenance enter the condo during your stay. Had we known about the shower drainage issue or the lamps, we would have been happy to have maintenance take a look at those items as well. We always encourage guests to let us know about any issues during their stay so we have the opportunity to address them while they are there. Regarding the luggage, the owner has provided a luggage cart in the unit for guests to use, and this is noted in both the property description and the check-in information. We’re sorry if that information was overlooked. As for the parking garage, unfortunately, the garage and its design are managed by the property/HOA, and we do not have control over how parking or loading is handled, particularly during the peak season when the property is very busy. We certainly understand your frustration with the parking situation. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify these items. We’re always happy to help resolve concerns during a guest’s stay whenever possible.

Be ready for for a terribly hard load in and load out. No carts to do so. Buy a wagon, it is a perfect purchase. The condo is fantastic and the hosts are very good to communicate with. Other than the parking garage and loading situation, the condo was perfect.

Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing our responsiveness during your stay. We appreciate the opportunity to address concerns when they arise. This condo was freshly painted, deep cleaned, and had the carpets and furniture professionally cleaned at the end of 2025. As with many vacation rentals, larger updates and improvement projects are typically completed during the off-season when we have extended access to the property between guest stays. We responded the day after you reported the cracked shower head and replaced it promptly. Had any additional maintenance or housekeeping concerns been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have been happy to address those as well. We value your comments and will continue working with the owner to keep the property comfortable and enjoyable for future guests. Thank you for staying with us.

Over all we had a wonderful stay. My great grandson loved the indoor pool area so much that he has decided that this is his favorite beach house. The only thing that would have made it better is if the hotel would have allowed us to use their luggage carts but now we know so we will be prepared next trip.!

Very nice accommodations. Kitchen was very well stocked. Overall it needs a little TLC (I.e. new coat of paint). Main deficiency was the water in showers was lukewarm at best; odd because water in sinks was hot. It was disappointing that the water temp in the pools was not heated. It was too cold for the grandkids to swim comfortably.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the accommodations and found the kitchen well stocked. We appreciate your comments regarding the need for some TLC and certainly took them into consideration as the condo has been recently deep cleaned, carpet cleaned, freshly painted, and upholstery cleaned. We’re sorry to hear about the lukewarm shower water and will have our maintenance team look into this, as hot water should be consistent throughout the unit. Always reach out to your host during your stay to see if there is something we can do to assist. This is a boiler system in the building, so the hot water comes from the boiler on the roof. Regarding the pools, we understand the disappointment—pool heating is seasonal and dependent on outdoor temperatures, but we recognize how important this can be for families with children. We truly value your input, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

The unit could use a little TLC, but it is still very nice overall. There are some marks on the walls from previous guests who were not careful, and the showers provide less water than you get from the South Carolina sky. However, my wife absolutely loved the tub! The unit is well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Do yourself a favor and enjoy dinner at the restaurant downstairs.
