Denne tilknyttede leiligheten ligger i en bygning ved havet med bare 4 enheter, alle i en etasje, hver en hjørneenhet. Sea Cosy-enheten vår ligger på siden av gangveien og all utsikten er fra takterrassen (se bilder). Plasseringen er 2 kvartaler sør for Beach Haven-grensen (som ligger i Grosser St). Hver enhet har separate inngangstrapper til sitt eget personlige ‘nedre dekk’, og døren til hver enhet er lagt inn fra det private dekket. Det er en trapp til takdekket og trappen deles av to enheter, men når du først kommer opp til takdekket er det en skillelinje mellom de to sidene av takdekket, slik at du har din egen plass på takdekket. We just returned from celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary at this wonderful condo, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a special stay.The Space: Being right in an oceanfront building made all the difference. We spent every morning [watching the sunrise/drinking coffee on the balcony] and every evening listening to the waves. The 1BR layout was the perfect size for just the two of us—intimate, clean, and very comfortable.Really great !

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend getaway. The views from the deck were amazing, and the beach access right next door made it incredibly convenient. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus. The space was just right for my boyfriend, our dog, and me—comfortable without feeling cramped. The photos were accurate to a tee.The place was immaculate. I’m very particular about cleanliness and usually bring my own supplies, but that wasn’t necessary here—everything was extremely clean. The cleaning crew was right on time at checkout, which made things easy.The bathroom was great, and the skylight made the space feel brighter and more open. The rooftop deck was a highlight—we enjoyed wine with beautiful views, including both sunrise over the ocean and sunset toward the bay. Having beach chairs available was such a nice touch.We had neighbors in the adjacent condo with a dog as well and didn’t hear them at all—it was easy and comfortable sharing the space.A couple minor notes: the instructions made it seem like we needed to bring basics like toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towels, but those were provided. Bringing our own sheets was a bit unusual, and the pillows could use an update.We visited in the off-season, so some nearby restaurants were closed and we had to drive, which we didn’t mind. The host was quick with responses for all of our inquiries. Overall, we had a very relaxing stay and would absolutely come back!

Just to clarify for future guests, it’s actually a pretty common Jersey Shore tradition for renters to bring their own sheets—we do our best to communicate that ahead of time so there are no surprises. Similarly, we provide a starter set of consumables like 1 roll of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, and a trash bag in each garbage can at arrival. That’s usually enough for a shorter stay, but for week-long visits, guests typically need to bring or purchase additional supplies. Thanks again for staying with us and for highlighting so many of the things we love about the space. We’d be happy to host you again anytime!

So much enjoyed our vacation, although a bit cold, but lucky with the weather, got sunny especially for us. The place was great for a couple and I am currently pregnant, enjoying relaxation, the rooftop was very cozy, the place was clean and nice, the kitchen very comfortable for a fast meal, nice bathroom and the fridge was great, everything was in place..only issue is - a lot of traffic noise since we were in the front of the building and second day was really noisy since 6 am with 3 kids knocking on our door and people looking inside our room. I would like little bit more privacy. Next time we will rent the whole house:)

I’m glad you loved the neighborhood and the cleanliness of the condo. I was surprised and saddened to hear of your concern about the railing. You never mentioned anything the entire week you were there and I would’ve preferred to have had the opportunity to correct that immediately. The decks were all newly built in 2025 so upon seeing your review I contacted the builder and he is going there immediately today to take any corrective action that is necessary. I only wish you had mentioned it during your stay.

Perfect little retreat

Everything about it was perfect. The size, the location and the two decks. Upper deck was amazing for sunset pictures. If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is perfect. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to things to be convenient. Beach access right there. Really the only things missing were actual coffee MUGS and a two quart container for making ice tea and lemonade. Highly recommend this dog friendly property.

Peaceful Setting

This rental had a nice ambiance and we were surprised that most everything we needed was supplied, at least as far as cooking goes. The washer/dryer in the lower part and the outdoor shower was appreciated. We had a small incident which the owner took care of very quickly. The owner supplied all needed information in a timely manner too. The location, right on the beach, was perfect. The only drawback, if you can call it that, is that there was only one parking spot at the rental and other cars had to be parked on the side street. The signs on the side street were a little confusing - not the owners fault. This was just a small inconvenience and really didn't detract that much from the rental. We loved the place and would go back in a heartbeat.

Awesome Getaway

Since it was off season, the traffic was very light. The weather was chilly, very windy but sunny. We took great pictures of the beautiful sunrises, playing frisbee on the huge beautiful beach, collected some awesome shells...including a few Sand Dollars (I have never found a Sand Dollar on any beach during my lifetime)!!! This property is perfect.... clean, private, safe, peaceful...and being right at the ocean is just heavenly. The only issue that was somewhat anxiety ridden was opening the lock to the Storage..Washer/Dryer Room as well as the Main Entry lock....no big deal. Highly recommend this property and cannot wait to revisit

Fun Fall Getaway

Booked a last-minute, two-night, end-of-October getaway. Perfect weather — low 70s and full sun! Loved the views of the bay and the ocean from the rooftop deck, the outdoor shower, the short walk to the beach. Will definitely come back!

Location!!!!

Great little place! We loved the rooftop deck and the excellent view of the ocean. The furniture up there was sturdy and of good quality. We used the grill once, and I used the outdoor shower every day. The washer & dryer was just an added bonus!

Fantastic stay!

We had an amazing stay at the condo. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed having the ocean at our back and the bay down the road in front of us. We also liked bringing our dog. Not too many places allow that anymore. We hope to be back next year.

Great Location!

Very cute apartment for two people. Easy walk to beach. Views from top patio partially obscured by the dunes, but it's nice to sit and watch the moonrise from there. Host offers beach chairs and umbrella. Alas, shower head in bathroom needs to be replaced.

LBI is a beautiful destination and there are many gorgeous oceanfront properties available to rent for $25,000 per week! This is one of the last oceanfront buildings that’s sized and priced for a couple to enjoy the location without having to resort to a commercial condo type building or an expensive mansion. These units are sized small but upgraded to reflect modern sensibilities. We hope you love your stay in this unique, cozy, little apt as much as we do!
