First things first…The unit photos look exactly like the unit in person. Huge bonus! The location can’t be beat, the staff is all extremely friendly, food at the little bistro across the street is great.The view is tremendous, the kitchen was decently stocked, the bunk beds were extremely comfortable, the two bathrooms are great! Some cons : 1.) the resort amenities and parking fee is not included in your reservation cost. FYI.2.) Also, chair/umbrella rentals not included with this rental. Get down there early to ensure you get front row chairs.3.) The couch is comfortable to sit on but the material is itchy. We used the extra blanket to sit on the couch.4.) The unit was very clean upon our arrival, but I did find several long black hairs woven into the towels and one on the couch. Also, one of the blankets had a blood stain on it.5.) The tv situation…man, it’s like they haven’t updated the tvs or steaming services to about 10 years - there’s a remote to turn the tv on (the one in the bedroom wouldn’t work), there’s a remote for the Roku, and there’s a remote for the dvd player - yep, you read that right.6.) the primary bed is not uncomfortable, but it is definitely a cheap spring mattress that could stand to be replaced…one side is so work out that it feels like you’re going to roll off the edge if you get too close.All in all…we would stay here again…but wish
