Luxurious coastal condo with amazing backyard

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the unusually intense heat wave affected your stay, especially while traveling with young children. To clarify, this listing is for the downstairs unit, which includes access to the backyard rather than the upstairs balcony. The property photos are intended to show both the accommodations and the surrounding area, and we certainly never intend to misrepresent the property. As stated in the listing, the unit does not have central air conditioning, but we do provide a portable AC unit in the family room, along with fans. Coastal temperatures are typically much milder, and the heat wave during your visit was highly unusual. When you reached out about the heat, I completely understood your concerns and personally contacted Lowe’s, Home Depot and Target to find an additional portable AC unit. Unfortunately, they were sold out throughout the area due to the heatwave. While I wish I could have done more at the time, I genuinely made every effort to help. Since your stay, we've also added another AC unit to the primary bedroom for additional comfort. We truly care about our guests and always do our best to be responsive, flexible, and accommodating whenever possible. I believe our many positive reviews reflect the care we put into hosting. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to make our properties even more comfortable for future guests.

Whenever our schedule allows, we're happy to accommodate late checkouts. Unfortunately, we had another guest checking in the same day as your departure, so we weren't able to extend your checkout time.
