The property is very nice. The pool is literally steps away. Don’t forget to bring beach chairs and tents if you plan to be near the ocean. The staff were friendly and had no issues communicating in English.

The host was very reaponsive and the unit was exactly as described. It was super accessible to the pool, very clean, and equipped with aall necessary amenities, including a BBQ, coffee maker, and other kitchen essentials. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this unit. I would gladly stay at this location again!

Thank you for your feedback. I have to admit, I was quite surprised to read this review. You and I communicated numerous times during your stay, and when you contacted me regarding the propane regulator on the patio grill, I sent maintenance to the condo and the issue was corrected. Yet despite our ongoing communication, not once did you mention any of the cleanliness concerns you have now described in your review. Had you mentioned any of these concerns during your stay, I would have addressed them just as I addressed the grill. I’m readily available to my guests through platform messaging, SMS, and direct speed dial from the condo phone, so there were multiple opportunities to let me know if something wasn't right. I take guest concerns seriously and am always willing to address them when given the opportunity. Unfortunately, it’s difficult to correct an issue when the first time I hear about it is in a review after checkout.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect, right in front of the pools and beach entrance. The place is clean, is very well equipped and feels like a home. We loved the food from the Cantina, we went to the gym to workout a little; and our girls were able to enjoy their vacations all three days. The host was very tentative and the personnel at Princesa was amazing.

It was absolutely wonderful. I loved being able to just walk out the door to the swimming pool and beach. Property and condo are beautiful. There are restaurants nearby with delicious food. Host was the most responsive and nicest person I dealt with :) I will be coming back. My whole family enjoyed it.

The condo was perfect. We come down to the Princessa several times a year and have always admired this condo from afar. The patio set up is amazing and we spent almost as much time there as the beach. Location is excellent and everything from booking to checking in and out was seamless. We will definitely be back!!!

We’ve stayed at many condos and resorts in Rocky Point over the years, and this one stands out as the best of the best! From the moment we walked in, we could tell how much care and pride the owner puts into every detail.The condo is spotless, beautifully decorated, and feels more like a high-end home than a rental. Every little touch has been thought of, from the plush towels and comfortable beds to the well-stocked kitchen, and thoughtful extras that make your stay easy and relaxing. You can tell this isn’t just a place to rent; it’s a place the owner genuinely wants guests to enjoy and remember. Plenty of storage for our stuff, open shelving waiting to be used, charging docks for phones/laptops/ipads everywhere you'd want them, quality pots and pans, the list goes on and on.We loved how well-maintained and perfectly appointed everything was. The attention to detail really sets this condo apart... it’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming, comfortable, and complete. Outdoor patio furniture was perfect for watching the kids in the pool, which is steps away and has a swimup bar! plus another few steps away is the beach, it doesn't get much better than this place. We experienced zero issues with this condo, check in process was the easiest we've ever had, and the host had the quickest communication to assist with any questions we had.If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and truly special place to stay — this is it!

I recently returned from an amazing trip to Puerto Peñasco and stayed at the Princesa de Peñasco Condos. Everything about my stay exceeded expectations. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The views of the ocean were absolutely stunning, and I loved being able to walk right down to the beach and pool within minutes.The property itself is beautifully maintained with multiple pools, a hot tub, and a nice fitness area. The grounds felt safe and secure, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. It’s the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience — close enough to town for restaurants and shopping, but peaceful enough to feel like a true getaway.A big shoutout to Scott, the owner, who was fantastic to work with. He was responsive, professional, and made the whole booking process smooth and stress-free, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, staying at the Princesa Condo made our Puerto Peñasco trip unforgettable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic, and relaxing vacation spot, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!JU

Perfect Stay

The condo was perfectly appointed. Everything you could need was on hand. Extremely comfortable and relaxing.Scott was always so responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely be rebooking our next stay here!Also, Colin's Cantina next door is so much fun. Bingo on Thursday night was such a laugh, and the staff were lovely.

La Princesa has so much to offer in the way of relaxation, amenities, and fun. The condo included everything we needed, from upgraded appliances to USB charging ports in every room. Furniture and beds are very comfortable! The Cantina, gym, hot tub, and swim up bar are steps away which made our stay in Mexico a perfect one. I can’t wait to come back next year.

Awesome Family location

We stayed at the condo for 5days(4nights). The rental was spacious enough for 6ppl. My husband and I had the master and Our four kids(10,6,6,5) shared the other bern, with two in the queen bed and a twin airmattress fit on each side of the bed for all four in there (there is a pull out couch but we like to put our kids to bed in the bedroom and close the door). There were Plenty of pillows, linens, and towels for everyone! The location is perfect! Right beside the pool which made it easy for quickly grabbing things in the room while still being in the pool. We loved the ground floor unit to be able to store our floaties on patio and not have to deal with stairs or elevators. And best of all, a few more steps and you were at the beach! The kitchen has all basic cooking items pots, pans, utensils, and even kids cups and bowls. Salt and pepper were provided but no other seasonings/cooking spray (which was fine for us, I always bring my own). Only thing I wish the condo had was a crock pot. I would have loved to throw dinner in the crock pot in the morning and went to the beach all day to come home to a cooked dinner, but I should have asked if there was one so I could have brought my own. Scott was an amazing host! He texted with all the details I needed before my trip (insurance, check in process, updates about the condo) and was very communicative through out our stay. We loved staying here and recommend it to anyone! We will definitely be staying here again 10/10

Great location steps from the pool and beach

An easy arrival and departure with all the listed amenities, zero stress and great location on the first floor. We loved it and would seek it out again. We drove, which made it easy to go to other parts of the city— only note as it is about a 10-20 minute drive to other popular locations. You could also very well not leave the site at all and have everything you need.

Great Location

This 2 bedroom unit is in an amazing location, clean, well appointed and fit our needs perfectly. The host was wonderful to work with from start to finish. I look forward to staying here again soon. Highly recommend!
