We have rented 17 large family reunion houses over the years and this house and amazing property was certainly one of the best. We loved our stay and everything was just perfect. Thanks so much for the memories. I could not have imagined more. Five stars is not enough

The house is ideal resort like experience for a large group. We rent a lot of houses, and we've never stayed in a house with so many amenities and that actually worked! The sauna house is delightful. The bathrooms were like new. The pool table, foosball, and ping pong were also like new. The TVs were top notch and also functioned smoothly for streaming. The kitchen was over stocked with utensils and pots and everything. Super comfortable furniture you actually want to sit in.The location is ideal for enjoying Southern Vermont. Super close to Londonderry, Weston, and Manchester of course. But we were very pleasantly surprised by beautiful Hapgood Pond, where we hiked and fished everyday. Peru was also an unexpected delight as we came and went each day. And nothing better than being 9 minutes from AT trailhead with parking.

We had an incredible stay at this property! It was an extended family vacation (cousins, aunts, uncles, kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone. We never felt crowded. We loved the outdoor space, the massive yard allowed us to play all kinds of games. The deck was amazing with plenty of seating for everyone. The property was very clean and felt updated. The host and property managers were very responsive. We had a blast and hope to come back!

The listing was as advertised. Good communication with the host and caretakers. Immediate responses and when there was an issue the caretakers responded immediately and worked to resolve the issue. Beautiful property. Plenty of amenities.

Alice welcomed us and was very helpful. We also had Chef Dave cook for us one night and it was a fantastic dinner! The food was delicious and he was a super nice guy. The house was great and plenty of room for everyone. And the beds were very comfortable!

Cannot say enough great things about this house and about Greg. It was a pleasure to book the property, Greg was responsive and friendly. The house itself is truly the quintessential VT experience and then some! The sauna & hot tub were highlights for our group. The house was extremely clean, well maintained and well stocked and 5 mins from Bromley. Definitely can’t wait to visit again!!!

The property is just amazing and we had a fantastic time! We have been traveling as a family including cousins and family by love for more than 20 years and love a big house with amenities to just hang out in and be together. The property is serene with enough spaces indoors and outdoors for intimate conversations and large family gatherings. The neighbor hood is secluded but there is life, shopping and activities just around the corner!

Completely Worth It

If you’re thinking about it, go for it. The property is incredible and you’ll be sad to check out. There is plenty of space for everybody, and then some!

College Reunion

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! It had everything we needed for a great two days! The main house with all the bedrooms and giant kitchen and great room. The guest house with another full kitchen and bedrooms and the bonus game room with a bar was so much fun. Unfortunately it rained Saturday but everyone was able to take advantage of all the games, the sauna and the hot tub. We would have loved to enjoy a meal on the long porch table! Everything was meticulous and organized. We had a great weekend and we vowed to make it here every other year for reunion!

Blown Away

Instead of Christmas gifts this year I opted to rent a home for a weekend so we could all be together. I am so glad I stumbled upon this gem. It is 2 houses (we only needed one) so I pitched the idea to another close relative to do for their family and they were in. We got to the property and I must say the main house was a bit of a maze- but I the coolest way! The kids had a blast playing hide and seek and were entertained for hours. We are very use to TVs in every room so it was a bummer not to see that and then we quickly realized it made us actually do things together- like play cards and board games or just chat. We used the hot tub, sauna, game room and went to Sugar Bob's which the house manger kindly recommended (great ice cream!). There was nothing we needed that the house didn't have ample of. All the kids want this for their Christmas gift next year too so this may be our new tradition!!

2nd Stay

Our stay this year was just as nice as before. The house (s) have a great layout for multi-age groups. The gate for the main house upstairs is great when you have young ones. The weather was extra cold (-6), and they were proactive in letting us know that it would be colder and activating extra heating options. We will return!

Great winter getaway

Had an awesome time at the estate. Well kept property with tons of space. Property managers were very responsive and helpful. They even put out sleds for us in the mud room when we told them the kids wanted to go sledding. A truly unique and memorable rental experience!

Thanksgiving 2024

Party of 16 ranging in age from 6 to 83 for Thanksgiving. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Kitchens were well appointed. Loved the game room and the hot tub. Magical snow storm meant lots of sledding, sauna, and jig saw puzzles! We hope to return!

R&R with the boys

Got a group of guys together to play a few rounds of golf and escape reality for a weekend. This house was the perfect spot. Far enough away that you feel like you can take in the wilderness, but close enough that you could get back into town with a quick drive. The property managers were very knowledgeable and friendly, making sure we had all that we needed. Checkin was a breeze. 100% would recommend or stay again.

Great house

This was my family’s second time staying at this property. There are 18 of us, ranging from 2 years old to 80, with everything in between. We had a great time using the fire pit, heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. And the house itself is great for large groups — big communal spaces and lots of private spots. We hired a private chef through the owner to prepare a fancy meal for us one night and it was amazing. A real highlight.

Very clean and beautiful house

We stayed at this property for three nights for a ski trip on Okemo. The house is one of the best that I ever stayed for ski. Everything is organized and all deco are impressed. The owner has been very helpful as well. The beds are comfortable and we will definitely come back.
