Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience was not as expected. Unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate your request to change your reservation due to other guests already booked for those dates. The day you arrived, the weather was rainy and stormy, which affected the condition of the patio. It was cleaned after the storm, but the weather continued to be challenging. We apologize that the patio was not deemed usable during your stay, as we pride ourselves on having everything perfect. A member of our team visited you in person, and you mentioned that everything was perfect at that time, which led us to believe that no further changes were needed to improve your stay. We appreciate your understanding and value your input as it helps us improve our services. Thank you for staying with us.

We're gratified by your recommendation! It's fantastic to hear that you found our property tastefully done and in a great location. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to welcome you back in the future.

We're glad to hear that you found the location of our property to be perfect for your family, especially with a little one. We apologize for any confusion regarding the operation of our amenities. We do provide a comprehensive guidebook via our app that details how to work all of the systems in the house, including opening and closing the blinds. We'll ensure that this information is more prominently highlighted for future guests' convenience. Your feedback about the sauna shower is also greatly appreciated. We've immediately looked into this issue to ensure that it functions reliably for our future guests. Regarding your concerns about our initial response, we sincerely apologize for any disappointment caused. We genuinely value your insights, and we always strive to take immediate action to address any issues before the arrival of our next guests. Your feedback is invaluable as it helps us identify areas for improvement. Thank you for choosing to stay with us.
