This house is located in a prime location in Mckinnon - 3 min walk from the station.

The room is a guest room that is intended for AirBnb only and has a queen size bed.

This is a Quiet Shared House and has lovely people living in it.

6 Bedrooms and 2 Bathroom house which means you`ll never have to wait to use the bathroom or toilet.

The price is fair and it is available for people who don`t want to pay a high price for a hotel hence the very affordable price.

*NB: NOT A PARTY HOUSE*

This is most suitable for:
✔️ Monash Uni Students - only 2 stops away to Caulfield (10 min public transport).

✔️ People here for a holiday or a break:
➡️ 5 min walk from station
➡️ 12 min drive to the iconic Brighton Beach
➡️ 20 min drive to the city
➡️ 30 min train ride from the city.

✔️ People that are visiting for work.

✔️ People transitioning from Overseas to Australia and need a place for a few weeks.

✔️ People transitioning from house to another and need a place for a few weeks.

Guests can freely use all the house, we will provide them with a shower towel and a small face towel.
Laundry is also available and could be used with all the stuff available.
Tea & coffee are also available and free to use.
All kitchen equipment and utensils are free to use.

House Rules (Please read carefully, all of the following apply for all bookings):

1.) Shared House: This is a shared house. Please be mindful when booking that you will be expected to share house amenities with other housemates. This is a quiet household.

2.) Clean Shared Areas: You are expected to clean any shared areas after use.
Failure to do so may result in a $100 charge per violation for cleaning expenses.

3.) No Parties / Quiet Hours: This is strictly not a party house.
Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am on weekdays and 10pm - 9am on weekends.
You will be charged a $500 violation fee if you breach quiet hours or host any party.
Please do not book if you intend to bring someone in for fun.

4.) No Pets: No pets allowed under any circumstances.
If you bring a pet, you will be refused entry and your reservation will be cancelled without refund.
A $300 violation fee applies.

5.) No Unregistered Guests: All guests must be registered before check-in.
If you have unregistered guests attend, you’ll be charged a $300 violation fee.
If anything is stolen or damaged, you will also be charged for the full amount plus an additional $100 violation fee.

6.) Check-In / Check-Out Times: Strict check-in and check-out times apply unless communicated in advance.
A $100 fee applies for early check-ins or late check-outs without approval.

7.) Keys: Please take care of your keys.
Lost keys incur a $100 replacement fee.

8.) Damages: You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay.
Repair/replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

9.) Kitchen Use: Please rinse and load your dishes into the dishwasher. No pots, pans, chopping boards, sharp knives, cooking utensils etc. allowed in the dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups and eating utensils only.
A $100 violation & cleaning fee will apply if the kitchen is kept dirty.

10.) Illegal Substances: Strictly no illegal substances on the premises.
You will be reported to the police, asked to leave immediately, and charged a $300 violation fee. No refunds will be given.

11.) No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside or outside the property, including front and backyards.
Any violation will incur a $300 fee and may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.


Guest access:
Guest can access all shared areas of the house including the big backyard.

During your stay:
Other housemates & guests will most probably be present at home most of the time so it’ll always be good for a chat.

Other things to note:
Please don`t book if you`re looking to party at the house or to use it for inappropriate things. This house is strictly for people who want an affordable room to stay in. It is a quiet house with lovely people living in it.

Guests will be given a dedicated house and room keys through a self check-in process to access the house during their stay.
Guests can access all shared house areas such as kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms and outdoor areas.

I’ll always be available to chat to guests and help them in accordance to their needs.

You`re free to interact with other guests and housemates or not, but in general please make sure you`re friendly, say hello and be nice.

Station is 5 min away and plenty of bus stops around.
