We are located directly across the street from the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast and in between iconic Thomas Donuts and Carousel supermarket. Everything you need for your beach vacation is within walking distance and only 3-1/2 miles to Pier Park. This coastal classic and cozy cottage sleeps a max of 4 adults and 5 total. Perfect for families! If you have never stayed in quiet and serene Laguna Beach, you will never want to stay anywhere else in Panama City Beach! Property includes ice machine, laundry facilities, deck with grills, backyard, porches perfect for sunset and every amenity you can think of. All Beach essentials (towels, chairs, umbrellas/shades, wagons, toys, boogie boards, skim boards, and much more!) are provided. We also have an inflatable paddleboard and kayaks available upon request. **** Ask about our on-site 6 seater electric golf cart rental!***** We do have another cottage (Nautical cottage) VRBO# 476173 of the same size which features a king bed, queen bed and a sleeper sofa. Please inquire if your dates are not available for The Beachy Cottage.

If you are looking for larger accommodations please see The Sea-renity cottage VRBO #857724 for our 3/2 top level cottage which sleeps 6-8 and has breathtaking views as far as you can see!

Wonderful stay in the Beachy Cottage at Laguna Place! Have always loved the Laguna Beach area for its laid back, family-friendly, less commercial vibe. No high-rise condos or hotels blocking the glorious view of the beach! Laguna Place has charming coastal decor, is directly across from the beach, and best of all... it's pet friendly. Conveniently located between Carousel Market and Thomas's Donuts, a short drive in either direction and you will discover anything your heart desires... from restaurants and boutique shopping at Pier Park, to a dedicated dog-friendly beach, to Publix grocery store, and Walmart. Jen was a lovely host, easy to contact and communicate with, and one morning she even brought us fresh eggs that her chickens hatched. We had such a wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay so much we are already talking about returning in October! We loved the Florida vibe inside and outside and the privacy! We will be returning.

Cozy anf cute!

Very cute little place! Communication with owner is there and available If needed. There is a cute little backyard with everything you might need that wasnt mentioned and I think is a cute addition to the place!

Great Little Beach Cottage!

The location was great! Not too far from everything in Panama City Beach and on the west end so it wasn't too busy. The Carousel supermarket and Thomas Donuts were within walking distance. We loved the easy beach access just across the street. The sunsets were beautiful. This was out best vacation!

Cannot beat the location!!!

This place felt like coming home. You just can’t beat the location. You walk out front, and you are staring at the beach. No stairs to worry about dragging things up and down, and our dog got to go. We didn’t have to worry about her back home, left in the care of a stranger. The owner was so nice and accommodating. The place was stocked with everything we needed to cook, including a gas grill, and towels, chairs, and toys for the beach. A washer and dryer are on site. Someone was above us, but I never heard them once. A fabulous grocery store is within walking distance to the right of the place, and Thomas Donuts is to the left, also within walking distance. We were a little snug with three teenagers. If we had smaller children, it would be perfect. (We may leave them next time, haha). The beds were extremely comfortable. I thought having one bathroom would be an issue, but it surprisingly was not. Overall…. We LOVED it. We almost completely avoided the spring break crowd, and that alone is reason to come back every time. I want to add that I have a knee injury and this location was convenient for me to go back and forth to the beach, something I was worried about. My fiancé insists that I mention how perfect the sunsets are from the porch. Use the blender there to enjoy a pina colada from it.

When I’m not cheering on my teams, you can usually find me on the water — I love boating, fishing, swimming, and just about any outdoor water activity.

I absolutely enjoy being a host because it allows us to meet wonderful people who often become like family. Many of our guests return year after year — sometimes several times a year — and it’s truly one of the most rewarding parts of what we do!

You will love Laguna Beach! If you have stayed in Panama City Beach before and not have the opportunity to be in Laguna Beach – you will likely never go anywhere else again in Panama City Beach. With walking distance to everything you need, it makes the most relaxing vacation spot. Our beaches are the most beautiful of Panama City Beach because we do not build on the sand to preserve everyone’s right to unobstructed views.

When you choose to stay with us, you are choosing to stay with classic Laguna Beach history! Our triplex was built in 1965 and is the only remaining triplex in Laguna Beach on Front Beach Road. While others around us may be quick to tear down and build larger Mansions, we prefer to keep the 1960s Coastal classic charm! Although the Sea-renity cottage is equipped with and has been updated throughout to modern day comforts and standards, you will find original 1965 charm everywhere you look.
