The property was very clean and organized. It was very close to restaurants and waterboats, but at the same time, in a quiet area of the city. Daniela was amazing. She sent us a lot of information and precise instructions on how to get there and places around. The beds were very comfy had a good size for four adults. Would certainly recommend this property

Communication wasn't great. The communication about how to run the air conditioning wasn't clear. After we tried to set the temperature for air conditioning we were told that the air conditioning was run off separate remotes, but there was no communication of that beforehand. We had no hot water but we were told it was our fault for trying to adjust the air temperature. The owner made no attempt to help get hot water for our stay just told us to reset the thermostat which didn't work.

Family of 4 (2 adults, kids 11 and 14), had a great experience staying here! Daniela was very responsive and kind, and everything in the apartment was well thought out with all the essentials we needed including soaps, paper towel, stocked kitchen etc. The air conditioning worked very well, and laundry (washer and dryer) in unit was a great touch, they also provided instructions on transportation to get to apartment, and meeting us at the stop to walk us there. Location was also great!!! We will definitely be recommending to others and retuning if we get the chance. Thanks again!

Daniela was an absolutely amazing host and made our stay in Venice feel comfortable, safe, and completely stress-free. My two friends and I were studying abroad and decided to visit Venice during a two-day break. Since it was our first time in Venice, and, for some of us, our first time traveling outside of the United States, we were especially grateful for how welcoming and helpful she was.Before we arrived, Daniela provided us with so much useful information about nearby restaurants, shops, attractions, grocery stores, and pharmacies. The most helpful part was the video walking guides she created to show us exactly how to find the home from the train station. The amount of dedication and preparation she put into making sure we had everything we needed was truly incredible.She also clearly explained how to use the appliances in the home, including the air conditioning. When we needed a little extra help understanding the AC remote, she responded immediately with a voice message explaining it to us. We also arrived earlier than expected, and she kindly allowed us to check in early.Daniela was friendly, responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making us feel welcomed and comfortable. Because of her, we were able to enjoy Venice without any stress or confusion. I truly cannot express how much we appreciated her kindness and hospitality. If I ever return to Venice, I would absolutely stay with Daniela again. I highly recommend her and her home!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Venice. The location is great; it's in a quiet location, but very walkable to the main sites, grocery, restaurants, etc. The space was great for our family of four (two adults; two children); it would definitely be tight for four adults. We really appreciated the amenities - AC, washer, very functional kitchen. The host was very responsive to questions/issues. Would definitely recommend for future travelers!

Sehr persönliche und sehr freundliche Betreuung durch die Vermieterin. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement, in der Küche hat nichts gefehlt, alles bestens. Sehr ruhige Lage in Cannaregio, aber man geht nur über eine Brücke und durch eine Gasse und schon ist man auf der lebendigen Fondamente di Misericordia. Ein Supermarkt ist auch nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Kurz: Top-Location!

The property was very clean. The issues we had was we were not informed that you could not use the A/C, until June. We were there in May, it was quite warm in the house and when you open windows the house fills up with mosquitoes. The host warned us to not use too much electricity or it would get shut off. Tried using the clothes dryer and it kept shutting down. Other than that it was great.

We had a fantastic stay in Venice and couldn’t have asked for a better host. Daniela was excellent throughout. Clear, responsive, and proactive with communication from start to finish. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and was always available to answer questions or provide helpful local guidance.The property itself was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was a major highlight: central enough to easily access key attractions, yet still in a quieter area that made it ideal for relaxing after a full day exploring the city.Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend Daniela’s place to anyone visiting Venice, especially families looking for a convenient and reliable base. We would gladly stay here again.

Appartement spacieux et parfaitement équipé dans un quartier paisible et magnifique. Petite reulle entre deux canaux suberbes. Literie exceptionnelle pour une location. Sans compter les multiples serviettes de toilettes. Absolument parfait pour visiter Venise. Et Daniela est une hôte exceptionnelle aussi. Son acceuil et ses multiples attentions (café fraîchement torréfié à notre disposition, de meme que huile d’olive, vinaigre et de nombreux autres choses) ont rendu notre sejour encore plus agréable. Daniela was an excellent host. Very communicative throughout the whole process from booking to check out. Her apartment was fantastic, even more charming than the pictures. I really appreciated all of the small details such having European outlet adapters available, bottles of water in the fridge, and a dish of candies on the kitchen counter to welcome us. The location was as promised, quiet, outside of the bustle of the main tourist area, but a close enough walk that we had no problem reaching shops, restaurants, and local attractions. This was my favorite of three places that we stayed during our trip. I highly recommend it!

The Luxury Loft was just as presented as were the photos. The loft was very clean, organized and had everything we needed for our stay. We have been using VRBO for well over 20 years and Daniella has been one of the best hostesses we have encountered. She met us at the Vaparetto stop and escorted us on the short walk to the loft informing us along the way about the area. Once we arrived at the loft she stayed and chatted for awhile and she really felt like more of a friend than a landlord by the time she left. Right from the time we booked to after we departed she was always there to answer our many questions and very quick to respond at that.The area itself is lovely and has a real local neighborhood feel to it. Uncrowded streets, excellent restaurants and places to just grab a bite. The Jewish Ghetto, which is right there, is a place that everyone should visit. The history is one that we, as Americans, did know know about that area. The whole of Canareggio is very safe, quiet and just lovely. About a 15-20 min walk to the madness of the the St Marks area then back to quiet Canareggio. We have visited Venice before and when we do again we will stay in Daniellas Luxury Loft for sure!! Thank you, Daniella, for making our stay in Venice so enjoyable!!

Daniela was a terrific hostess. She met us at our Alilaguna stop and walked us to our home away from home. Canneregio is a fantastic neighborhood, away from the hustle bustle. Only a 30 minute walk to St. Mark Square. Daniela provided us with many dining recommendations and touristy spots. Would highly recommend. So nice to see the city after hours.

I am the mother of two wonderful childrens, Gemma Maria of 5 years and Francesco of 3 and a half years, they are the joy of my life and together with my husband Pietro we live everyday life with love and enthusiasm.
When we can, we love to travel although long journeys have been neglected given the tender age of our kids. In recent years our favorite destinations are the Ligurian sea, as I was born in Genoa and I still have all my loved ones there, the Adriatic coast, the Cavallino in particular, half an hour by boat from Venice and the mountain, the Trentino above all.
I love dedicating myself with care and dedication to my 'tourist rental' business, always trying to assist my guests at the best before and during their stay because, having traveled a lot especially abroad before becoming a mother, I know how important it is to assist guests who are abroad and do not know the habits and customs of the place where they are ... in the work I do every day, the satisfaction of my guests is surely my first goal ..

In 2008 I was a single girl and I was looking for a very comfortable accomodation for myself...I fall in love with perla Grigia at the very first visit and decided that 'Pearl' had to become my future home. I bought it and lived there for a while but then I met my husband and together we have decided to move in a cottage in the countryside so I started to rent it with a great pleasure ..I wanted so much that someone else could enjoy it since so comfortable and cozy....my wish came through considering that now all my guests are so happy and satisfied about it and this is a big satisfaction for me since I have looked after it with so much love and care and to realize day by day that everyone is content of the stay in there...this makes my heart full of joy!
