Sukoon Villa is a BEACHFRONT townhome located directly on the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach! This stunning 3BR, 3.5BA townhome boasts balcony access plus beach views from ALL 3 floors and sleeps up to 12 guests. The main floor has a living room, a dining room and bar area, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. You will love the wall-to-wall windows that look out over the Gulf which has a sliding door to the main balcony. The bottom level has a living area with a queen sleeper sofa in addition to a guest room with two twin beds and a sleeper chair, with access to the sugar white sands! The king master bedroom on the third floor features an en suite bathroom and a private balcony. The third floor also has a bunkroom with a twin-over-twin bunkbed plus a twin bed, and an en suite bathroom. With the BEACH as your backyard and private balconies with breathtaking Gulf Views, Sukoon Villa townhome will make your next vacation one to remember!

SandDollar Townhomes are situated in the heart of Miramar Beach, directly on the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast! SandDollar Townhomes are located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Amazing!

Property is perfect!! Only thing I can say that’s negative is the parking spaces are tight!! Bigger SUVs and trucks have a hard time parking. Other than that it’s absolutely beautiful!

Great location

I will say the manager of the property was very prompt in responding. We arrived close to midnight and we were all exhausted, the house was not very clean. The sheets were clearly not changed out prior to our arrival. When asked they did provide me with clean sheets for me to change. The keurig was not working properly and they were very quick to bring a new one. The lowest deck was not the most organized, there were a couple canopies that appeared to be broken and the light does not work. The location was great, but for the price we paid it should have been better kept and cleaned.
