I wanted to let you know a few things. At arrival the doors we not only unlock, but the front door was open 2”. The trash was full to top. The back porch bathroom toilet flush handle was broken and you had to pull the lid and chain to flush. The inside of the home was nice. The outside that we came for from the pictures was very different. All the lounge chairs had rips in the seat area. The lounge area cushions were full of water and had a lot ick on them and were not usable. The gazebo area decking was so rotten and buckled as well as the furniture covered in mildew that this area was not usable either. The outdoor grill area chairs and table were covered with mold as well along with the fridge and grill. We scrubbed the grill and gave up and had to use foil. The pool had not been cleaned and we worked on it all weekend. The skimmer is not pulling the top surface bugs and leave into the basket. We did not call because we just wanted a good reunion. I don’t know if this property from a distance? A good cleaning and maintenance would go along way. It became the conversation more than a few times. A good walk of the property is advised and the back porch door handle kept falling off. The set screw needed tightening but we did not have tools to repair. We thought you should know our view as a disappointment renter. We left the place cleaner than when we arrived. Disappointed Renter.
