It's not very often you walk into a rental and instantly feel at home! Everything was spotless! The living room was so cozy and comfortable! The beautiful kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans! There were fans in each room and A/C 's in the bedrooms, if needed. One night there was a short power outage and the Generac kicked right in! The TV is easy to use and had all of our favorite channels! Most of all, the peace and quiet!! The view from the front porch is just as good as the out back deck! All in all, it was wonderful!! Jen and Seth were very responsive and kind! Hope to make it back next year!!

Lovely location and very cute cottage perfect for families with all of the amenities you need, we enjoyed the kayaking most of all and the proximity to local restaurants and shops. Easy checking process and good communication by host, we would stay again. Great experience for all!

We loved our stay at this property. We stayed here with our two children, 11 and 12 and there was something for everyone. It is so peaceful. You wake up to beautiful lake views and there is no noise. It is close to Boothbay and there are lots of day trips in easy reach. The property is spacious and well stocked. They even supply binoculars which I used daily to watch the wildlife. We even saw a bald eagle fighting an osprey over the lake on the last morning! It was huge! There are birds, red squirrels and chipmunks in the garden.There are kayaks with the property and going on those is lots of fun.The host is extra helpful and responsive. Book this house - you'll be pleased you did.

Wonderful cottage with a beautiful view and very responsive owners. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and furniture. The area is super quiet and only 10 minutes into town. Lots of great restaurants in the area.

Beautiful location! Check in/ door lock easy to use! WiFi good, kitchen well equipped. Beds were good. Master bathroom shower leeks, that should be addressed. Would prefer curtains on the windows in the living room and dining area.

Beautiful Boothbay

Very well stocked. Plenty of space. Nicely furnished. Great views. Had everything we needed. Separate spaces, living room & other sitting area. You Tube tv in LR worked well. However, the tv in the other sitting area didnt have you tube tv. We couldnt figure out how to watch tv on it. Orherwuse, very nice place. Recommend it.

Lovely home in Trevett

This is our second year staying at this wonderful house in Maine. It was a bit warmer this year but we enjoyed it despite that. The house whas a ton of light and looks out on a peaceful cove. Even though Boothbay is close it seems like you are a world away from it because of the location. We hope to stay here again next year.

Magical get away

Enjoyed our repeat stay at this charming waterfront cottage on tidal cove. You can walk out your front door and pop into a kayak. There is lots of day trips and hiking reserves in the area. We will be back.

A peaceful, convenient setting for a great Maine experience

This is a scenic, peaceful setting in a quiet location that is still incredibly convenient to all of Boothbay's attractions. Our party of seven was comfortable and enjoyed kayaking and sitting on the deck to enjoy the harbor breezes. The cottage is an easy drive from downtown Boothbay and not far from Wiscasset. We enjoyed trying most of the local ice cream shops. A grocery store and Walgreens are nearby, which was fortunate as a few of us were under the weather. Were it not for a few plumbing problems, we would give it a perfect score. The owners, Jennifer and Seth, were extremely responsive and did all they could to address the plumbing issues. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great Boothbay experience.

Our stay was wonderful. Perfect family vacation spot. We loved the view, absolutely beautiful, enjoyed the private dock, availability of kayaks, grill, fire pit, outside sitting area. Fit the 6 of us well. House was clean and “homelike”, a home away from home. Would highly recommend staying here and want to plan a return stay.

Amazing vacation home

The house is wonderful, exactly as described, and a perfect space for our family while we visited the area! Great location, beautiful outside spaces to relax, and it had everything we needed plus lots more that were nice additions to our stay. It was super clean with comfortable beds and the communication from start to finish with the owners was awesome. We would absolutely recommend it and stay here again!

This property was amazingly beautiful! We enjoyed watching the birds every morning from the expansive picture windows that look out over the water! Secluded slice of a Tidal Miracle.

Just a perfect getaway. Very well maintained home with a few handy man quirks. Power went out and the Generac generator kicked right on. House is well stocked, clean and perfectly situated for a secluded trip. I would mention that you have to walk thru one bedroom ( attic dormer) to get to the forth bedroom. And there is no door between the two just a curtain. Which might be an issue if it was all couples. Overall this was a perfect getaway. Loved the location. The kayaks were great ( better pay attention to the tide) and we really enjoyed the fire pit. Thanks for sharing your little paradise with us.

Perfect Location

The house is so peaceful and located in a very private, quiet area. Waking up every morning to such a beautiful view was something I'll always remember. The house was very comfortable and well stocked. Jennifer was always very responsive when we needed her. The only thing we could have used was a few more mirrors in the bathroom (such a petty request, but when my husband tried to shave it was a bit challenging). Overall, I can easily recommend staying at this lovely home. Wish I was still there.

3 week stay - I loved it!

I wanted to stay in Maine for 3 weeks - I chose this location so I could be sometimes by myself and sometimes with friends. From this location, there is a lot to do locally as well as within 1 hour drive if desired. About 40 minutes to nearest Amtrak station in Brunswick if friends are visiting. Locally - many preserves to walk, kayak/paddleboard at house, minutes to Boothbay Harbor - schooner and wildlife boats, restaurants. This house was great for me as it was not too big when I was by myself and the few guests I had were comfortable in the bedrooms and other small bathroom. It had everything we needed and, although we did minimal cooking, it had everything if you wanted to cook. Nice spaces outside and inside. At night, the stars are plentiful and it was just great to sit around the fire pit, look out onto the water and stare at the beautiful sky! The house was so comfortable for us it did not feel like we were staying in someone else's house, it felt like our home! Communication with owner was great and easy although we had no issues so it was mostly to send her thanks and a couple of pictures of the Northern Lights we were fortunate to see on our 2nd night there. Lovely home, do not hesitate to rent if you want an easy location with very close drives to so many wonderful things in Maine.

Quiet tidal cove

The property was just as described. Kayaking around the cove was great with one-of-a-kind views. Location was close enough to town for easy day trips. Fantastic food and great people at the local Trevett store at island entrance. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Waterfront beauty!

Our family all enjoyed this beautiful waterfront home for the week we were there! It is so peaceful and relaxing. Every morning my husband and I sat on the back porch and enjoyed our coffee. Our adult kids loved kayaking, reading on the porch, swimming from the dock, and crabbing. This was a great location. We went to Boothbay Harbor several times and The Maine Botanical Gardens right down the road was fun! Pemaquid Point Lighthouse was really great too. We had no problems or issues. Everything was wonderful.

Fabulous view of cove

Fabulous view, responsive hosts, property sits on lovely cove where u can watch tide go in and out, charming Boothbay only 10 minute ride! We plan on being back next year!
