True Beachfront! 4BR, 4BA with amazing views and direct beach access. Hot Tub!

Enjoy amazing 180-degree unobstructed ocean views from our vacation home in quiet, relaxing Moclips, WA. Two of the four bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, a third has a queen bed, and the fourth has two sets of twin bunk beds.

The home is 4000 sq. ft. with spacious living areas include two living room areas, a dining room that seats 10, and a game area with a shuffleboard table and extra tables/chairs for cards, games, puzzles, etc.

The home has two kitchens (one fully equipped and one in the lower game/TV level), so if you are playing shuffleboard or watching a movie, you can pop your corn and pull a cold beverage without running up and down the stairs.

Our private 100' path through the grass to the beach makes beach activities easily accessible. Fly a kite, make a fire in the fire pit or on the beach and stargaze with no city lights to dim your view. On chilly days, hang out in the hot tub - also with incredible beachfront views!
Personal clamming expert available for hire! She has several clamming guns, buckets, some boots, etc. She will show you how to dig, how to properly clean and cook your clams and even some recipe suggestions. Only $200 for all that!

For safety & security purposes, one motion-activated camera is in use at main entry (outdoor only).

We loved the location and size of house! The hot tub was an added bonus at the end of the day, although it would really take it over the top of the bushes could be pruned down a couple of feet so that you can see the ocean from the hot tub! (just nitpicking but would be amazing!). The spaces were huge and open, and for young kids, the retractable gate at the top of the stairs was appreciated. Teresa was very responsive to all of our questions and requests - we appreciated her help!

Wonder home

Large bedrooms. Plenty of room for the whole group. Beach access is amazing. We definitely enjoyed out stay and will be looking to booknagain for next years girls trip

Summer Vacation at the beach

9 of us stayed here for about a week during the 4th of July. This house is amazing! Its so spacious and had enough beds for everyone. The 2 main bedrooms were wonderful with attached bathrooms and each had a door to the deck. The decks had beautiful views from end to end. I wish the weather was better when we were there so we had more use of the decks. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Lots of extra items to use at the beach like kites, balls, sand toys and even wood were kept in the garage. The pathway to the beach was easy to walk even if you had a few things to carry. The upstairs kitchen had everything you could need for cooking even a crockpot, toaster, blender and lots of pots and pans. Also there were lots of deer that would walk right up to the house which was so cool. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Amazing Summer Getaway!

Wow, what a beautiful home with beach access that is only steps away! As a family, we enjoyed wonderful meals around the table together, which were made possible by a well-designed kitchen. We loved having the games, puzzles, and table shuffleboard, which led to quite the ongoing competition throughout our stay and much laughter. :) We sat on the beautiful deck, reading books and watching the sunset each night. From flying kites to long walks on the beach, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The check-in process was super easy, and I appreciated the ultra-prompt communication after we booked our stay. Everyone slept well in their comfortable bedrooms, and we're already talking about our desires for a return trip in the future.

Ended with a negative

Wonderful stay except for...... I was aware there were to be no dogs. My granddaughter arrived for about a 7 hour stay. She brought her dogs. They were in a kennel in her car. She let them out to go romp on the beach. She put them back in her car and came into the house. The owner showed a picture of the bottom steps which had 4 and 1 half hairs on the steps. I imagine they are from her shoes or clothing. Also charged for a cracked toilet seat that my family staying down there said was already there. No, we did not bring a sledge hammer and pound on the toilet seat. 295.00 later. Owner said she would have to pay for "a deep cleaning." Well......we sure learned our lesson. Also I read in another review where she charged for a service dog.

Underwhelming

The house is large but not very comfortable. Hot tub condition was usable but not inviting (cover had been replaced with a rubber mat and 2x2’s). It seams that the house hasn’t been maintained. We will stay elsewhere next time

What a Dream!

A Pacific Ocean view from every room. Plenty of comfortable beds. Great showers. Roomy kitchen and lounging and dining spaces. Loads of games and puzzles. An easy walk to the beach, including a handrail on the steps, which some of us particularly appreciated. When we hit a couple of snags, the owner was prompt to respond, and helpful. It all adds up to a dream vacation in my book!

Perfect Stay on the Pacific!

Loved the home and the location! The homeowner was quick to respondf if I had any questions, but honestly I barely had any questions. Had a great family reunion with family that is normally spread from Northeast states to south Carolina. It was my first time in Washington and there was alot to choose from in terms of where to go and what to do. We chose to drive north to Port Angeles one day and drove down to Ocean Shores the last day. Went hiking in the Quinault Rainforest (Beautiful!). I hope I am lucky enough to visit in the future and that this home will be available at that time. Note: If you are planning large family meals, remember to do majority of major grocery shopping in Seattle or Aberdeen on your way in. There are many smaller grocery stores close to the property but you will end up paying more. So happy we ran to Costco in Olympia prior to heading to the coast! :)

Excellent home, Excellent Location

This is a great property right on the beach. The view is wide open to the horizon and the home is exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were as described. The driveway is steep but there are entrances at the bottom and mid way down the driveway for loading and unloading. If you want a large beach front home, it seems this is the best one in this area. Beach access by car is up the road about 1/3 of a mile. It was easy to drive down to the beach and park in front of the house to bring chairs and things down to the beach. great stay. Will stay again!

This beautiful home was an amazing place to stay. It was the perfect place for all of us to spend time together with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, large kitchen, dining and bonus areas, decks and hot tub. We were able to enjoy cooking our meals together, and was just a quick walk onto the beach. We would recommend this home to any large family and hope to stay here again in years to come.

Beach getaway

We had an awesome time in this lovely, roomy home. Bedrooms were big and comfortable. Two kitchens which we didn’t need but was nice to have the extra space. Beautiful, beautiful views and the beach was perfect, even in the rain. We looked forward to the sunsets every night and enjoyed the hot tub after a day at the beach. The house had everything we needed. Met the property manager JoJo and she was delightful! Teresa was very prompt with communication and very accommodating to me and my family. Would definitely like to go again. Thanks Teresa.

Great location and house for all ages

Wonderful location, right on the beach. The kitchen is stocked with all needed appliances and cookware, which is very helpful for families. This is our second time staying here and anticipate many more vacations here in the future.

Great location, hard to beat

Loved the place, had a wonderful time. Come prepared for any ingredients in the kitchen - there wasn't even salt or pepper. Not sure if that's common, but it hasn't been our VRBO experience in the past. Wish there was a K-cup machine, although they did have a drip coffee pot (but everyone has to agree on the coffee strength and decaf). Shuffle board table top has been damaged and doesn't have the table salt/sand, so it wasn't usable. Hot tub has an awkward cover - it works, but it's not so easy and being homemade has lots of rusting screws that make a mess. Cleanliness was sufficient for what we needed, but it didn't match our previous VRBO experiences. Don't take these as strong negatives, 98% of what we experienced was positive and if another beach trip arises, we would book it again. Host was very responsive.

Million dollar view

Beautiful home! The house had everything we needed for cooking. Enough blankets, pillows, towels, and everything else. House was spacious! The best part was the view from both floors! Would absolutely stay here again, especially with a big group!

Hidden Gem!

Phenomenal location, private 30 yard access to the beach, puzzles and games for all ages to enjoy. Quick drive to the local towns or explore the national forests. The owner was easily accessible if needed, but we really didn't need to contact them for anything. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Best stay in Moclips!

This property is stunning! Beautiful home and super close to the beach, exceeded our expectations. 6 adults and 4 children, spacious home to host our family vacation. The home owner Teresa was wonderful, great at communicating with us and very easy to work with. We will be booking our next years vacation here as well!

Beautiful beachfront property

Beautiful beachfront property, incredible views, and a hot tub. Rooms are spacious, furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen has a gas stove. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return! The only thing that would make it better (because it is amazing!) would be area rugs in the main living spaces to absorb sound (from our children). Thank you, Teresa!

Bachelorette beach getaway

I booked this house for a little bachelorette trip for myself and my bridesmaids. The host was responsive and helpful. Gave us an inventory list of what was in the kitchen which helped me plan. We had sooo much fun going to the beach, laughing in the hot tub, cooking delightful meals, and relaxing in the home. This place is big! Beds are comfy and plenty of room for people to hid away on their own for a restful and fun vacation getaway. Pro tip, if you want to eat out one night walk North along to the beach and climb the wooden stairs to the Ocean crest resort restaurant. Very good food and beautiful views plus a nice walk. Would absolutely book this place again!

We finished building this home in 2020 and are delighted to offer it for our guests to enjoy. Billy and Teresa are retired and love to watch all the beach activities, take beach walks and explore the greater north beach area.

Location, location, location. You just can't find a better or more expansive oceanfront view with private beach access. It's a quiet stretch of beach midway between the Moclips and Pacific Beach public beach accesses. No direct North or South neighbors affords privacy and quiet relaxation. And of course, the hot tub is so nice.
