Our family consisted of 6 adults, which included an elderly father & our furbabies. We particularly loved the split level design of the bedrooms to give everyone their space and ample bathrooms. The house is in a perfect location to everything, whether walking or golf carting. All the special touches, like the instrumental music via tv’s in every room upon arrival, made such a “welcoming” statement. We especially were thrilled with the level of cleanliness this rental had-thank you! Perhaps a suggestion, the path to the beach is not quite like the displayed pic & might need to alert some renters. Not sure if it’s a seasonal thing or year round, but due to the bird sanctuary being roped off, one will have to take a detour around to the beach. It wasn’t too far but it’s not a direct straight shot down to the water as depicted from the property pics. We still chose this route over the public access which is close too in order to stay away from the crowds. We did have an issue with a broken tension cable with the garage door, but the property manager was very prompt addressing it & getting someone out to fix it, which made it easier entering/exiting the house when the weather wasn’t optimal. Even though it rained a few more days than we’d like, we thoroughly enjoyed our family time together here! We will definitely consider staying again in the future! Thank you for hosting our family!

Delightful! Spacious! All bedrooms were clean and had extra towels. The great room looked out to the pool and hot tub. We would recommend a few more small tables surrounding the pool for drinks and placement of cell phones/tablets, but all in all, a great place for relaxing, a base for visiting other Florida events. We took the grandkids to the Ringling Circus, the Mote Aquarium, fishing boats, and the Arcade on St Armand's Circle. And for all of us, the location was fantastic, a private path to the beach and great restaurants in the area!Thank you for the wonderful time we had!

This home exceeded our expectations in every way. The house was much larger than we anticipated, and everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The pool was pristine, the hot tub worked perfectly, and the backyard offered plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy.The master suite is absolutely enormous, and the layout of the home is ideal. Two bedrooms are located together on one side of the house downstairs, while the master is privately situated on the other side. The upstairs bedroom was a favorite among our friends because it felt like its own private retreat.The living room is incredibly comfortable, with plenty of seating including recliners, chairs, and couches. The large TV was brand new and worked flawlessly. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the ice maker kept up perfectly with our group.We also appreciated the huge laundry room and the well-stocked garage. There were four bicycles available, along with a beach wagon, umbrella, multiple beach chairs, and plenty of other beach equipment. The property inside and out was very clean. The owner was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.The location simply can’t be beat. You’re just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of St. Armands Circle. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and perfectly located beach getaway.

The location is perfect. east access to beach and St Armands circle. The property seems to have some deferred maintenance issues. The pool did not work for first few days and proerty manager blamed us instead it was a clogged filter that maintenance man cleaned and then wqas replaced later in the week (told it was 3 months over due). A shower backed up sewage on the first use. The upstairs bath is leaking into stairway ceiling and the solution was to scrape soggy drywall.

Perfect location between Lido beach and St Armand’s Circle.

Loved the pool and hot tub. Rented a corn hole game and played that by the pool. Cooked breakfasts and a few dinners at the house and there were plenty of pots & pans and utensils. Nice big laundry room. Short walk to the beach which was lovely. St Armand’s Circle was a short walk as well. Lots of cute shops and great restaurants.

Wonderful House

Near the beach and walking distance to St Armand circle. Clean house with beach chairs and floaties available for use. Nice open floor plan, large beds and great master bedroom. Would recommend staying here.

Stay away from this property

Our family visited this locacation the first week of August, unfortunately the week of Debbie's hurricane, the wind and rain brought inside the house munch unwanted rain through the walls, branches all the house and the pool, called Trey, the property manager to see if hen send someone to help with clean-up of the outside and the pool since we couldn't exess the beach due to flod but he chose to ignore and not answer our calls, only the last day before checkingout he called to apologize for not getting back to use sooner because he was sick ,we couldn't use the pool for whole week due to being dirty, debries ,and filth. Please stay away from this property managment , spend your hard earn money somewhere else. dutomanager

Ideal Location

My family loved this location. The walk to the beach was a pleasure, as was the unspoiled beach. It was like being back in the Florida of old. Add the walk the walk to St Armand's circus and the stay was made complete.

Great Location but...

Close to the beach and shops. House is nice size but the furnishings are a bit tired looking. Showers need upgrades. TVs weren't working in the bedrooms when we arrived and we called and left a message but it took 2 days before someone came out to fix. We arrived on Friday and it was Monday before they were fixed. The outside light by the grill doesn't work. Kitchen is nice. Pool area is great. They really should have a checklist to make sure all is in working order for the next guests.

Perfect location

This home is beautifully maintained and fully equipped with anything you could possibly want. We arrived early and needed to drop off luggage. The caretaker was super friendly and helpful and made things so much easier for us so we could pick up others at the airport. The walking distance to St Armand’s Circle and Bayrunner stop was so quick, we rarely used our car. As a frequent VRBO guest, I appreciated the little things, such as trash bags and laundry detergent. Pool and hot tub both were in perfect condition.

Paradise

We enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely and well maintained. We had trouble with getting the TVs figured out but once we got them going no problem. The ice maker wasn’t making ice so we froze water bottles for our cooler. Still we had a great time, the beach, walking uptown and the pool! We recommend this home to anyone

Excellent property

Beautiful home within short walking distance to private beach access. Also very convenient to its proximity to St Armand's circle. The owner supplied bikes and beach accessories as well. The home was super clean and just like the listing. Plenty of room for the six of us to "spears out" for a 10 day stay. Trey was super responsive and quick to respond to our needs during our stay. (Missing garage remote) The pool and hot tub were very nice for those warm late afternoon and evening swims. The grill was ready to go and had another tank of gas on standby if needed. Would certainly stay there again!

Unbelievable Location - great kitchen/dining

A short walk to the beach entrance (under a minute), and a decent hike to the beach itself via trail (5 minutes lugging gear)…a short walk (5mins) to the circle. Best of both worlds!
