It doesn’t get better than staying at Adam’s beautiful home. It has every amenity you can imagine. It’s in the perfect location for walking and hiking but you don’t even have to leave the house to enjoy the luxury. Adam answered all my questions in a timely manner and all my expectations were not just met but exceeded. I can’t recommend this place enough.

We absolutely loved the location and all of the amenities. The unit was stocked with both coffee and tea and the fridge and pantry had many condiments and staples that we didn’t have to go out and buy. Having three full baths was helpful for the eight of us who stayed there. We will definitely rent there again if we make it back to Washington sometime soon.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for four nights in August, and it was perfect for our large family. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to do.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need and made it easy to cook for a large gathering. The house was surrounded by lovely trees and greenery giving a real sense of privacy. The living room has huge windows and it as well as the deck have scenic views overlooking a really nice golf course. Every bed was very comfortable, and the extra amenities made the stay even more special. Adam was an excellent host: responsive, helpful, and gracious enough to accommodate an early check-in. I could go on about how lovely this home is. We had a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to return.

We booked the property for out of town guests that were coming in for a milestone birthday celebration. The property is exactly as advertised, close to Bellevue, but feels secluded. Great views of the golf course cannot be beat. Everything was clean and functional. Easy check-in/ check-out process. Highly recommended!

We actually had to cancel our reservation due to changes in plans. Adam, the host, was very gracious and accommodating. The cancellation process was very smooth and the funds were refunded next day. I would recommend this location. The house is well-appointed, there is a golf course behind, so all you hear is birds chirping, and the host is wonderful

Love the house. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do in downtown Seattle and at the waterfall area. It was big enough for the six of us and very comfortable. Adam was great to work with very responsive to anything we needed. Also leaving us the wine and the chocolate was a very lovely gesture. Would stay there again if ever in Seattle again.

We had a wonderful time at Adam’s house. Perfect location - less than ten minutes from everything we wanted to go in Bellevue and around 20 to the airport. We stayed with our senior parents and young children and there was enough space for everyone to spread out but also to gather in the two different living rooms. The views were great over the golf course, a perfect terrace for drinking your morning coffee, and a very well-kept hot tub for an evening soak. Would definitely stay again, and Adam was an exceptional host with great communication throughout.

This was by far the best short term rental experience I have ever had! Adam was communicative, helpful, and thoughtful. The house was one of the coolest I’ve ever seen, set up with so many great ideas for convenience and space saving that I had to take notes :)It has all the listed amenities and more, with clear instructions on how to use everything. We had a great trip and a wonderful experience at this place, highly recommend!!!I couldn’t find most of my house photos, but here are a few.
I loved the bookshelf in the kitchen cupboard. (with snacks we brought)
Beautiful movie area with hot tub outside.

Relaxing and spacious!

This property had everything we needed for a family of four and could have accommodated a few more family members if need be. Location was perfect for our soccer tournament along with venturing to the city or exploring nature on hikes nearby. House was super clean and felt well cared for from all angles. We will definitely book again if we come back to Seattle!

Beautiful

This property was beautiful and had everything we needed. The pictures don’t do it justice, the house was super clean and Adam was an awesome host! It has a lot of space and enough activities in the house that we didn’t even end up staying out at bars. We would love to stay again next time we’re in town!

Wedding trip

My only complaint is no central air

As noted in the listing, there is no central AC in this house. There are window/floor units for the rooms that need them and extra fans. The Pacific Northwest is generally a cooler environment with highs in the mid 80s. Even at that temperature the house stays cool as it is sheltered by trees, etc….

Beautiful View!

I loved staying here while we were at a work conference in Bellevue. It was a few minutes from the Hyatt. The house backs up to a golf course and the view is stunning. Our host was great and I appreciated the quick response to our questions. The one draw back to the house is that there is not central AC but there are window units in the upstairs bedrooms, which worked great.

A Peachful Oasis in the big City!

The house was beautiful and the outdorr areas and views even better. I've never seen any rental more stocked with everything you might possibly need, from toiletries, linens, electronics, fully stocked kitchen and more.
