The house is great but could have been cleaner (floors, counter tops and outside trash not emptied). The house is on one of the island's busiest beach and so it gets noisy all day. We were given one bath towel and one face towel per guest for the 5 days there. We were also given one beach towel per guest which were stollen on the beach. We notified the management company and they charged us 2500 francs per towel and a 5000 delivery fee to get someone to go buy the towels and deliver them to the house! Poor management practices.

Il est toujours regrettable de recevoir un commentaire négatif lorsque celui-ci résulte d’une situation dont le voyageur porte lui-même la responsabilité. Les serviettes de plage mises à disposition étaient neuves et de qualité hôtelière. Après leur perte, nous vous avons proposé de les remplacer vous-même par des modèles équivalents afin de limiter les frais. Vous avez préféré nous confier cette démarche. Conformément à notre contrat, leur remplacement est facturé. Nous avons d’ailleurs appliqué un tarif inférieur à celui prévu, en réduisant le coût des serviettes d’environ 30 %. Concernant le linge de maison, une serviette de bain, une serviette de toilette et une serviette de plage sont fournies par personne, conformément à la description du logement. La maison est également équipée d’un lave-linge et d’un sèche-linge, permettant à chacun de renouveler facilement son linge pendant le séjour. Enfin, la maison est située sur la plage la plus fréquentée de Tahiti. Son emplacement est clairement indiqué dans l’annonce et constitue d’ailleurs l’un de ses principaux atouts pour la grande majorité de nos voyageurs.

Family get together

Fabulous garden /outdoor seating with magical views out to Mo’orea. The snorkelling right in front of the house was the best we found anywhere ; enjoyed the kayak and sup board too. Walking distance to shop for breakfast baguettes and 2 good food trucks very short walk along beach for tasty lunch

Great view!

Overall we had a wonderful experience in this home. The location was wonderful with private access to the beach. The view of the ocean and Moorea was incredible. The house was spacious and fit our whole group. There were a few things that could be improved, there is one room without air conditioning which also has a gap between the walls and the ceiling. While there is a mesh screen there, the holes are rather large and let mosquitoes in. The people staying in this room said it was filled with mosquitoes and they could not sleep. The electricity is also sensitive. We lost power in the middle of cooking dinner while using the stove and oven. We were also using some of the air conditioners and it must have overloaded the system. We had to find a number to call and go outside the gate to solve the problem. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but wanted to share some peculiarities that we did not see in other reviews.

Beach side stay in Tahiti

Great location, and good communication with the host team. The house is very nice, but in need of a thorough cleaning. Lots of beautiful sunsets, easy access to the beach.

Belle location.....mais...

Nous nous faisions une joie de séjourner au fare. Le rapport qualité prix est pas du tout au rendez-vous . Manque flagrant d équipement vaisselle et petit électroménager....(merci a la conciergerie qui a changé la cafetière et grille pain en cours de sejour) Faites-un inventaire complet des verres , couverts , et autres....rajoutez un riz cuiseur et un ouvre boite...ce sera beaucoup plus pratique. Prendre les loyers c est bien, mais fait investir aussi !

maison sur la plage

Belle villa spacieuse très bien placée carrément sur la plage. Ce n'est pas luxueux mais très confortable, belle terrasse et jardin agréable, lits confortables. Ventilateurs et clim appréciés. Paddle et canoé à disposition et douche extérieure impeccable. Nouveau grille pain et cafetière et ce serait parfait !

Perfect beach house

We had a wonderful time. The house was spacious enough for our entire party. The direct beach access was perfect; having morning walks along the beach with coffee in hand so relaxing. Sunset views every night with Moorea in the background was romantic. The water was shallow and calm so it was very safe for our 4yr boys to play in the ocean. I hope I get another opportunity to come back and stay.

Paradise

This place is amazing! Right on what the guidebook calls “the best beach on Tahiti,” you roll out of bed and head down for amazing snorkeling. Great views of Mo’orea as well.

Tahitian paradise

Property was excellent. Very nice living quarters. Nice kitchen with good facilities. Nice bedrooms. Very nice yard on road and beach sides. Excellent beach and access. Good facilities including masks, paddle board and kayak. Beautiful sunset views. Very, very highly recommended.

The property has incredible views of Moorea and sunsets over the ocean. Great spot on one of the nicest beaches in Tahiti. Aurelia is an amazing host and took great care of us. The kayak, paddle board and snorkel equipment made the experience even better!

Exceptional property and view

Stunning view of ocean, Moorea, and sunsets. Located on a prime spot on one of the nicest beaches in Tahiti. Found propety to be as indicated in previous comments. Aurelia was a pleasure to work with and made check-in and check-out easy. The paddle board, kayak, and snorkel gear (enough for two adults and two children) really enhanced the experience.

Magnifique villa les pieds dans l'eau

Sur la pluie belle plage de l'île de Tahiti, une maison absolument parfaite pour notre séjour à 7, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La météo n'était pas au rendez vous donc nous avons apprécié le grand séjour et la terrasse couverte. Le kayak et paddle mis à disposition permet d'explorer le lagon. Nous recommandons !

Fantastic stay

We had an incredible stay here after spending 11 nights on a boat. It is spacious and well decorated. It was all about the patio and backyard right onto the beach. Daily swims and snorkeling right out the door. It doesn’t even make sense to bring a towel down, the house is so close. All the doors open up from the dining room to the backyard / view.

Parfait pour séjourner en famille
