This property is beautiful inside and out. It has a nice salt water pool, an upper deck with ocean views, and is very nicely furnished with comfortable beds and soft sheets. The kitchen is well-stocked. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. We had Nevia make us dinner one night and it was delicious!

Communication regarding the property, transportation and activities was prompt and thorough during planning, arrival and our stay.The house clean and very well appointed. Everything was newer and in working order. Loved the layout for our group. Awesome view, Fabulous staff, VERY accommodating. Harley, Nevia and Ronauldo went above and beyond fulfilling our requests and gave great recommendations for activities and restaurants.We absolutely would recommend this to anyone traveling in this area. We had nothing but positive experiences with our hosts. Having them so close to the property made it feel like we had friendly neighbors at our home away from home! They also provided books, sunscreen, aloe, flashlights, kayak, pool floats and so much more!! The grounds were VERY clean and safe.

Our family of 8 loved this place. The location was great, the Villa was very clean and wellEquipped. The caretakers of the property were on top of everything. Pool was always clean and property well maintained. Harley and his wife took wonderful care of us. Getting us more drinking water whenever we needed it. The amazing surprise was that they cleaned and refreshed towels every two days! We had never experienced that at any rental. Another great feature was the property managers organized our flights from Belize city to San Pedro, our two rental golf carts were waiting for us at the Villa and arranged for us to be picked up at the small airport and the ferry! Everything worked out perfectly and we did not have to do a thing but show up!! Our driver Renaldo gave us advice on restaurants and activities. Last they recommended Clinton for a day of snorkeling and boating. I have never seen so many fish and stingrays. It was a top 10 trip.

Air conditioning worked very well while we were there. We had some hotter days in the 80F and it worked well.

The Villa was excellent and was as described in the listing. Our family of 6 had a great vacation and really liked the location of the villa, away from the hustle of San Pedro but close enough to go shop or eat. Another positive was Shaggy's right across the street. My only semi-negative thing was the temperature of the water in the showers, I like hot showers and it was only warm, others in our party were okay with the Temps, so a personal issue.If we visit this area again we would definitely look to book this villa once again.

Wonderful stay. Perfect small complex with only 4 homes and a great pool. The caretakers Harly and Nevia were the best. Every day they asked how to make our trip better and were a wealth of information. Nevia made the best Pico de Gallo you will ever have, and Harly was always around working on something. They are super friendly and very accommodating -bought some groceries for us while we soaked up the sun. We enjoyed a great boat/touring day with Clinton - snorkeling at Hol Chan and Shark Alley were some highlights along our way to Caye Caulker. Highly recommend this location - our hosts were fabulous!

Great vacation! This is our second time visiting Belize/Ambergris. Our first visit we stayed at a “resort”. This time our stay in the villa was so much more relaxing and comfortable. I’ll start by saying the communication was incredible throughout the entire experience. From the hosts/the management company, the caretaker and our excursion coordinator. Absolutely everything was taken care of for us and went flawlessly. The villa is amazing and so spacious. Huge, in fact. As good as the photos look, they don’t do the place justice. Very well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed. Air conditioners and ceiling fans in every room (that’s a big deal). We had everything we needed. Fantastic beds. Comfortable living room space. TV, books and games. The covered decks, one with a hammock, were used extensively. Sunrises with fresh “Middle Street” coffee. Spent a good deal of time relaxing in the salt water pool just a few steps out the villa door. The grounds are meticulously maintained by Harley the caretaker. He was always around and available and so helpful in attending to all our needs. His wife is the house keeper and our villa was always spotless. Clinton Cardenas arranged all of our excursions over to the mainland and back (again, all were wonderful and went without a hitch). Again, the communication and coordination was outstanding. The villa is a little North of San Pedro, but on the newly paved road directly east of Secret Beach (a definite spot to put on any agenda).

Overall our stay was wonderful. There were 6 of us ladies sharing the house and there were enough space for all of us. Don't worry about bringing a book with you there are plenty to borrow while you're there from many different genres. Janice with Reef Management was always available to help, recommend reaching out direct if one has any questions. Arrangements for pick up and return the airport were fantastic. Our flights were late coming in and Janice worked with us and the airline to ensure we were able to get over to the island and still have transportation. We also worked with the recommend golf cart rental company and the carts were on site waiting for our arrival and picked up when we left. Our Care takers Nevia and Harley were absolutely amazing and always available to help with anything we needed. Nevia cooked a meal for us while we were there, she is an amazing cook! Highly recommend. Janice set us up with Clinton with Ali Mermaid Adventures - absolutely would recommend! A couple of notes:- could use a dresser in the double bed bedroom. - could use more games for the rainy days- would recommend putting up signage or even some bouys for where to swim as there was no swimming past the pier due to boat traffic. Coulldn't really snorkel from the location.

The house was more than enough space for my friends and I. We were a group of 7 and never once did we feel overcrowded in the house. The bedrooms were clean and well appointed. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen and living room offered ample space and cooking supplies needed to accommodate us for the week, such as coffee maker, pots, cups/glasses, plates, etc. The property is beautifully tropical and tranquil with lush green trees, sand and a huge salt water pool. Walk further beyond the pool and you’ll arrive at the dock which is where we were picked up for our water excursions. Check-in/out was convenient and easy. I do recommend renting a golf cart to get around the island. The property is on a very bumpy road but it’s so worth the drive. Overall, I highly recommend this property for its space and comfort it affords, the location (quiet neighborhood), and the very attentive staff (Janice, Harley, & Nevia) who check in to make sure the guests have what they need.

We just returned from our stay at Los Encantos Our group of 7 were all very happy with our stay here. The property is beautiful and well maintained- a true paradise. One of the best parts is the caretaker Harley and his wife Nevia. They made us feel welcome and cared for the entire time we were there. Nevia cooked for us the day we arrived and we highly recommend you take advantage of this service as everyone agrees she is a fabulous cook! Staying on this property also comes with the perk of getting set up with Clinton who will take care of arranging your excursions. We can't say enough good things about our stay here - we would definitely come back !!

Fantastic Week at Los Encantos

My family (7 adults) stayed in Los Encantos for our week in Belize. The house was great for our group - clean, well furnished and stocked. Harly and his wife took great care of us all week. The pool was always clean and welcoming. The location was secluded but not isolated. . The host took care of getting our golf carts, our rides from and to the airport and connected us with Ali Mermaid Adventures for fantastic excursions. Would highly recommend Los Encantos for your week.

Awesome property in a quiet area on the north end. Easy ride to Secret Beach and restaurants. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Plenty of room for 8 adults. We hope to return in the future!

The North-end

This is a great location if you want to be close to Secret beach and away from the hustle and bustle of San Pedro!The salt water pool is a big plus! The on site hosts Harly and Nevis are available to help with maintenance and housekeeping 24/7. All arrangements for excursions and transportation where seamless!We all agree we would stay here again!The place is clean and well maintained! Loved the hammock and the eastern facing view for the breath taking sun and moon rises!

Great Place. Don't hesitate to book.

We just returned from a 6-night stay, with a group of 4 couples. We couldn’t have more pleased with out stay. Everything was as described and as pictured. Communication after booking, and leading up to our stay was great and provided good information. We pre-ordered some groceries so we had food when we arrived. We bought booze from duty-free at the airport. Pickup from the water taxi was seamless and the driver was waiting for us when we got there. Golf carts were at the house when we arrived. Bedrooms, bathrooms and living area were comfortable and accommodating. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts. That is about all we cooked there, as we ate out for lunch & dinner every night. Harley and Nevia did an excellent job keeping the house and grounds clean, the pool was perfect and clean. Harley gave great advise when we asked about local recommendations or directions. They were always around if needed.Location: there are a couple bars and restaurants within walking distance, or 5 minutes from the house. We spend a couple days at the Truckstop, and that is about a 15-minute golf cart ride. San Pedro is about 25 minutes. Secrets beach is about 25 minutes also. Wanted to provide this info, as you do have to plan accordingly.I would highly recommend this place for both value and overall experience. Thank you!

Serenity by the Sea

Don't know where to begin as everything could not have been more perfect. From the moment I made the reservation I was entranced and couldn't wait to arrive. The management was incomparable, they immediately answered the couple questions I had, we became acquainted and they helped me plan every other aspect of my vacation. They left no stone on turned. I took control of all the plans and took my friends along..... they were so impressed by how smooth every part of the arrival and settleing in went. The accommodations were absolutely awesome, and were true to form in every aspect of the online description. Our maaster suite was just beautiful and the other guests LOVED their rooms. They helped us with every single detail of our stay to any degree that we asked; Diving, transportation, food touring, and excursions. They helped us by having a tour operator come to the house and help us plan everything we wanted to do. There is an absolutely lovely couple that take care of the property and one night they cooked us a meal. Recently the question came up, if there was one person who stood out more than any other on your trip, who would it be? His name is Harley, talk about nice, cultured and academical in everything Belize, this man is at your beck and call. I have traveled the WORLD and this place is at the top of my list! We had an absolutely wonderful time here..... you should too!

The house was as described. Very clean and well equipped. Harly, the care taker, was fabulous. His wife fixed us a great dinner (extra ) that included a key lime pie and coconut cake. Feedback: post 'do not open' notes on the windows.
