Love this cute cabin. Very eclectic! We had a wonderful time here! The front porch was fun to hang out on! The cabin has lots of personality. The only thing I would add as a 76 year old woman, is the steps getting up to the main cabin if you’re handicapped was my issue. Luckily I had my son help me. Definitely 5

Great spot in the heart of it all. The kids and I really enjoyed it. Don’t forget to look at parking instructions especially if you’re not bring an SUV.

This is the third time we have rented this property. We like the proximity to downtown. Safeway is across the street. The owner has made a few improvements since we were there last. The only thing you need to bring is your own food. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, salt pepper, etc. Plenty of small kitchen appliances too. There is a single car garage you can use to store things from your pickup.Always a good experience. This unit has become our go to getaway.

Nice clean cabin, the ants are something to watch out for. The driveway is no joke, very steep. The street is a very busy street. My pup really liked having a small yard.

So sorry Tony that you overlooked the property description that emphasizes the steep 'San Francisco' like driveway. Also that that is why alternative parking was built and provided for those that don't want to drive up the driveway. We are scrupulous in being transparent to give potention gusts as accurate a descriotion as humanely possible. We cannot make people read this. If potential guests choose to not read the descriptions then it would lead us to believe that they are extremely resilient and are up for any kind of environment and what have you. I sprayed the property several times since your stay with a nano-technology solution that is safe for animals and humans. It is based on a Chrysanthimum extract formula. I did do it before your stay but it is very hard to keep up with and for it to be effective during the rainy season because it gets washed away that's why I do it so often during this season. Due to these facts it would be appreciated if you re-review it to a more accurate rating. Thanks. Mngmt

The cabin is nice a lil nosy during the day with road traffic. And watch out for drive way.. park down below if you don't want to have a heart attack... but over all lovely experience.

This is a great place. Comfortable, peaceful, had a nice little yard and a small patio. However, the driveway is very steep. I was with my elderly mother, and if I was not driving, it would’ve been very difficult for her to manage the stairs and the steep driveway. Other than that, it was as advertised. I will stay there again.

The location was great since it was just a little more than one mile from downtown, which was a good walk for us both days. The steep driveway is no joke! Therefore, the alternate parking option worked for us, other than the excessive ants on the path from the parking to the cabin. We ended up walking on the edge of the street to avoid the ants. The kitchen had nice appliances, dishes, etc. The beds were average; however, the sheets were cheap and scratchy. The worst part was the ants in the bathroom, especially around/in the tub. The cleaning fee seemed high given the small cabin and lack of dusting that had been done. We found lots of dust & dust bunnies in addition to the ants. However, it still met our needs for a unique space near downtown. The Safeway just a block away was a nice convenience as well.

The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable and the cabin was very clean and organized. Our favorite part was the front porch. The veiw of the mountains was incredible. The only obstacle was parking but once we figured out there was a spot road level it was fine. I hoghly suggest staying here.

How was clean kitchen and bath were well stocked. Close to down town and easy 5 minute walk to a Safeway with a Starbucks. He wasn’t kidding about the steep driveway, but the on-street parking worked well. Copper Basin Road is a busy street, but the bedrooms are at the back of the house, so kids want an issue. Chris was very accommodating when we needed to adjust our schedule. Overall a great place to stay.

Location is great, nearby to whisky row and rhe NYE festivities. Great for pers with the femced in yard and doggie door. Kitchen had good amenities, regular coffee pot , keurig, toaster, airfryer, electric tea kettle, decend knives lots of pots pans silverware etc. I would say the lighting is dim but they defintely tried. The bathroom amenities cam use some ipdating amd the bed was very squeaky. All in all it was cozy and pleasant!

In a word... perfect.

First of all, there are no better hosts to be found. Chris went above and beyond when he didnt have to and even when it truly wasnt expected. Chris...thank you very much. Its the unexpected things that mean the most to me. The house was incredibly clean and ultra welcoming. We didnt cook nor eat here but it is crystal clear that if your intentions were to cook that you would have everything required. The beds were warm, soft, clean, and oh so comfortable. Nice hot showers with great water pressure. The driveway was an intense welcome at our arrival and I did recall reading about it but forgot until the memory of what I read come rushing back to me. It turned out to be the highlight of our trip...will easily become a story we talk about for years to come and in a great way. Even though a "flat spot" was available we were instantly addicted to the driveway and would never even consider not using it. Great patio, if it were not a bit chilly this morning we would have taken in everything it has to offer - so I guess we need to come back specifically to hang on the patio. Overall a great place with an amazing host.

This rustic cabin is awsome

This was the 4th time i stayed here. Enjoyed each time. The dog door is awsome. Great fenced yard. All the accommodation were great. I always stay here when in Prescott.

Rustic Cabin

We enjoyed our visit. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable . There was a bit of traffic noise when we sat outside but we still had a good time.

wonderful place

We had a wonderful time at your rental. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes. We had a very relaxing weekend thank to the comfort of your home. The recliners and couch were very comfy to settle down and watch a movie at the end of the day. We will be back.

Prescott cabin

We enjoyed our stay in Prescott. The cabin was very cozy and had everything we needed for a two night stay. Our dog loved the dog door(doesn’t have one at home so he was in heaven!). Only drawback was the steep driveway, which was well documented by the owner. I have some balance issues so had to be extra careful. Other than that it was all good!
