Beautiful house in between the gulf and the bay. Such a short walk to either. Spent the mornings watching the sun rise on the bay side. Then would walk to Cortez Beach and watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Then would hang out in the hot tub or pool back at the house. And then walk the beach in the evening. End the day in the hot tub at night.Couldn't have asked for a better place or location. Was within walking distance to Bridge St. which had great restaurants and shopping. The host had great communications before and during my stay. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful house within a minutes walk to the beach with a pool and hot tub.

second time staying here. great backyard, big pool. 5 min walk to the gulf and less than 15 min walk to multiple restaurants and shopping on bridge street. had a few issues with the house that were fixed the same day they were notified of them which was amazing. would stay there again.

This home was set in a great location very close to the beach and the Inlet. It had a bus stop at the end of the road which was very convenient. The hot tub/pool were awesome! However when we arrived one of the owners was there trying to fix the front door that would not shut we had to call the AMI host and they sent out a repair man. It took them until 1030 that night to get the door fixed enough to shut, but it never properly worked the whole time we were there & the handle kept falling off. I called and was told someone would be out but no one ever showed up. We ended up with a lot of mosquitoes in the house from the door being wide open while they were working on it, my kids got ate up bring some off! The two king size beds were comfortable, but the other two day beds were not. The refrigerator didn’t have a working ice maker. There were no pool floats/toys. Someone else put this complaint in their review and said that they purchased some and left them but they were no longer there during our stay. There was nowhere to put groceries away creating the need to put everything on the counter. They let us know the TV outback wasn’t working when we first arrived, took 5 days to fix we only had 2 days left in our stay. They need a garbage can in the utility room/pool area. The pool alarm on back door was kept falling off! We meet Cindy, a partial owner she was amazing she checked up on us love her! She needs better representation of her home. So some flaws, would stay again

Location was perfect, for beach and shops and restaurants, house was nice and clean, pool was a great size for our family of 7. We loved our stay here and didn’t want to have to head back home.

We were looking forward to our trip, as it was the last before one of our family leaves for boot camp. The house did not have a working ice maker. The host did bring a cooler and ice the next morning. They did offer to bring more ice if requested. We ended up grabbing our own on trips out. We would not book this home again because of the a/c. We had a tech come look at it. The unit would only get down to 75/76 during the day. For some homes, this would be comfortable but in this house, it felt like a sauna. We used 7 box fans to make it somewhat tolerable. We are from the south and very aware of summer heat and humidity. We enjoyed the outdoor area and proximity to the beach. We typically stay outside until 9:00 pm or so when the house would be cooler. I would suggest a trash can for the bar area outside and in the downstairs laundry room. We tried make the best of it. There were a few minor issues with the doorknob falling off and the drawer in the fridge falling off. The pictures on the site were very nice and inviting! The photographer had to have edited the images. It was not a dump but definitely not as pictured on the website.

The location of seaside manor was excellent. We were able to walk back and forth from the beach with toddlers easily. The beach was beautiful near the cottage. The pool was very well kept, clean and warm as well as the hot tub. While staying there it was easy to communicate with management and get help if needed.

Host awesome.. place as described. There is loud alarm going out to pool, uneven floors as mentioned low ceiling for outdoor tv area but perfect location and clean… we enjoyed pool, hot tub, outdoor TV and fenced yard especially!

The location was perfect. Didn't have to use the car upon arrival. Everything very walkable. Beach access was less than a 1 minute walk. Pool area was the highlight of the house, although the lounge chairs in the photos were in rough shape and no longer had cushions.

House was very clean and well stocked. Pool and hot tub were very well maintained. Literally minutes from the beach which was AMAZING. Minior issue with door lock however host responded immediatly and also brought us an extra beach chair and umbrella.

Nice Stay

This is an old house that has been fixed up. The location is great, 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to Bridge St shops and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were great, but there were no pool or beach floats or toys. I purchased some and left them, but I don’t know if they threw them out. The outdoor furniture was not comfortable, and is different than what is pictured. The directions for the hot tub in the home’s information binder were inaccurate, but I was able to figure it out. The two king size beds were comfortable, but the other two beds were not. The refrigerator did still have the fishy smell that was mentioned in other reviews, but my main problem with it was lack of working ice maker-buy a bag of ice if you want some. The kitchen was nice otherwise, and well-equipped, but there was no salt, foil, or anything. I did not necessarily expect that, but other VRBO rentals have had some staples left by others. The bathrooms were good. Overall a good stay, just mentioning some things that I would have liked to have known prior to my stay.

Beach Rental Review

Overall, the property was clean and very nice for us. We did enjoy our stay at the property. The pool and the tv outside were awesome! The jacuzzi was hot and not difficult to turn on and off with the instruction manual. The bed was comfortable and the towels and sheets were clean. Shower had hot water with good water pressure and was clean! There wasn’t a lot of cleanup/starting of laundry and whatnot we had to do before leaving which was nice, too! However, the refrigerator smelled of bad fish, but the fridge appeared to be clean. Not sure if that was from previous guests or not. The bypass button coming inside from the pool area wasn’t connected and we had to contact the management group to have maintenance come out and fix it. It took him less than 5 min to fix and the management group was quick and efficient at responding! The pictures seem edited to entice renters, which I know is the whole point, but don’t accurately display the unevenness of the floors. If small children or elderly came to visit, it would be dangerous even with the caution tape on the floors/ceilings. Would recommend the property just with some disclosures.
