We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this property. There were only four of us, so we had more than enough room, but the layout would also work beautifully for a larger group or several couples. There are three king bedrooms, a fourth bedroom with a twin/double bunk, 3.5 bathrooms, and three separate living areas, so there’s plenty of space to be together or spread out.The outdoor spaces were some of our favorites. There are three fabulous decks with stunning views, and the beach is just a very short walk away. We also appreciated thoughtful touches like baskets of beach towels.The house is incredibly well stocked. There are plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware, plus just about every appliance you could want, including an air fryer, blender, BBQ equipment, and even a milkshake blender. Basic spices, coffee, and snacks were provided too.The host was wonderful and very communicative. One thing to be aware of is that the house has a lot of stairs, so it may not be a good fit for someone who has difficulty with stairs.We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and had so many great amenities that made our time there really enjoyable. Communication and responsiveness were excellent—any questions we had were answered quickly and thoughtfully. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home to others!

This Property Delivers as Promised

Our family of 6 (two adults, four children aged 14-23) stayed the first week of June. We had a wonderful stay. The property was excellent for our purposes, and matched all the positive descriptions. Check-in and check-out was easy. It is in a location that is not too built-up, but close enough to other amenities. I would add that it goes above and beyond in several respects. For example, it doesn't just have a coffee machine -- it has a coffee machine, a french press, a Keurig, AND a Nespresso machine! It doesn't just have a single outdoor patio/deck -- It has a ground floor recreation room with outdoor patio area (with grill and gas fire), it has an on-water dock, it has a covered deck on floor two (with comfortable outdoor furniture), and both a screened porch and open-air deck on the third floor. It not only is close to the beach, but it is sitting on (and facing) the backwaters, giving a whole different vibe. It had all you need to enjoy the home with your family. It really is an easy and short walk to the beach, which was in excellent form -- not too crowded, nice surf, lots of seashells, and room to walk and play. The only general caveat I would have is that if you are traveling with family members that have mobility issues, the steps might be a challenge (the kitchen is on the top floor); but again, it worked great for our family -- and the extra space kept things fun.

Beautiful, well-maintained home within an easy walk to the beach. The standout feature was how thoughtfully stocked and organized it was. Most beach rentals offer only the essentials, but this home went above and beyond—it had everything we could possibly need.

Perfect Beach Getaway – Clean, Spacious, and Great Location

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, spacious, and incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed-including beach items. The host was quick to respond whenever we had questions, making our trip stress-free. We loved fishing and crabbing right off the dock, and the easy walk to the beach made it even better. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is beautiful! The deck is the perfect place for morning coffee and even a nap. The kitchen is large and has everything you need. We enjoyed fishing off the dock. The walk to the beach is short and the hose have provided everything you need! Beds are more than comfortable and I had to take a photo of the pillows to order the same ones when I got home. Last Minute Spring Break Trip

The rental was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in during my experience of renting. Everything was exactly as pictured. Also, this is one of the ONLY rentals Ive ever stayed in that provided enough towels/rags etc to accommodate the rental & the number of people staying in the rental. I also have to give outstanding thanks for the effort the host put into making sure there were extra throws, blankets &!pillows for all the beds in each room & a very much needed shout out for the Pack&Play that we didn’t even know we were going to end up needing for our grandson!!! It was a very welcoming surprise!!Also the organization of the kitchen…..just WOW!!! Labeling the cabinets is such a nice touch especially for people like me with ADHD/OCD….I was in my own special kitchen heaven!! The option for having plastic plates/cups is what really makes this rental top notch!! The coffee/wine bar on the second floor was much needed for the adults morning & night! The balconies & the furniture outside were lovely for our adult book reading time & the weather was just right. The location was perfect. The only thing I will notate for travelers who do not know about the area….they were doing some dredging in the channel which made 24/7 noise & was right outside the balcony but there was nothing that anyone could do about it & things like this happen all the time as well as other spring breakers in other rentals who may be throwing parties. The host is only responsible for what they can control

3 day Beach weekend getaway

We had 6 people age 15 to 76 and it was a great space for us. Very clean and organized space. We really enjoyed our time.

First Time in Cherry Grove!!

Sunset Views was just as described and shown in the pictures!! Our family of 8 plus a toddler had a wonderful time…..plenty of room for all to sprawl out and enjoy the amazing water views! Short walk to the lovely, clean, uncrowded beach and the homeowners had a great wagon, beach toys and plenty of chairs/towels! We cooked in the spacious, well equipped kitchen nightly and enjoyed all the house had to offer. Plenty of shopping and things to do in the area if you want it. Great time was had by all!

Loved Our Stay!!!

This was such a lovely home and was in a great location. The multiple decks with seating was something me and my family enjoyed so much. The short distance from the beach was also a major plus. The home was very clean and the beds slept great. The home also provided so many cooking, cleaning and bar keeping items that was amazing to see. The additional beach items were a plus so we didn’t have to bring anything but ourselves. Highly recommend renting this unit and through this company. Will defiantly vacay here again!!!

The most beautiful home and view

Beautiful cozy peaceful retreat!

Wonderful wonderful wonderful place. Nicola had the perfect setup for a relaxing vacation. The space had all the right touches such as board games, screened in porch, labeled cabinets, spices for cooking. Felt just like home, maybe even a little better! Will definitely look to stay again! Fun, relaxing, convenient stay at a beautiful home at the beach

My family had a wonderful experience at this beautiful home. This home has everything you could ask for and a wonderful attentive host as well! The views were gorgeous and we had quick easy access to the beach. My kids didn’t want to leave and keep asking when we can go back again. Thanks for proving a safe enjoyable stay for my family.
