First ever

Had a great experience with our first time every doing this! When messaged to ask question even in situation that wernt predicted responded right away, very kind and gave great information, responded well when just giving info not trying to be critical! Nothings perfect could we sit and nit pick sure but for what purpose. It was exactly what we needed when we needed it!

In town

House was very clean and exactly what we needed for a bachelor party it was a short 10-15 minute drive to everything and was very clean! Will definitely stay again if in Cleveland

Nice little house in Cleveland Ohio.

This was a nice house to stay in while we were in Cleveland Ohio. We stayed for 5 days while we visited Rays MTB bike park. House was very clean. Nice little playroom downstairs for the kids. Easy access to highway and to restaurants.

needs work

the bathroon smelled like sewer gas the property manager told me after our stay that they knew this was an issue before we stayed there. we ran out of toilet paper, dish washer pods, trash bags. when you have 4 adluts and 4 children under the age of 5 ther needs to be supplies. the house was not bad but it located on a very busy road getting out of the driveway was a bit of a challange.

Hi Kyle. As I mentioned to you in our private correspondence, we didn't know anything about a smell in the bathroom until you had mentioned it AFTER your checkout. If you had brought it to our attention we could've sent someone to take a look. Also, for our future guests...the bathroom issue has been resolved. As far as the supplies, my cleaner generally provides extra of everything, but since you stayed over a holiday weekend, she said she left even more. Again, if you had reached out during your stay, she could've brought anything you needed since she lives two houses down the road. However, as a host, providing any of those supplies is a courtesy and not mandatory. The driveway and busy road is already disclosed in the description.

Simple fix

The stay was great the house smell like pets but it was expected because it’s pet friendly! And I understand people are rude lol slight ant issue but there was nothing a lil bleaching couldn’t handle. The host IS AWSOME !!! Responds time with messaging was good but calling great, she communicates great! Thank you very much

Thanks Charnette for your review. We will definitely address the pet smell with our cleaners and make sure they clean and sanitize thoroughly before our next guest. Regarding ants; even though a bug treatment was done early in the spring, we will make sure to spray the perimeter of the house again to address the ant issue. Thanks again for the feedback.

West Cleveland Home with quick/easy access to I-71

We needed a place to stay for one night on our drive back to Dallas from Vermont. This VRBO was perfect for what we needed. We have two dogs and while the fence does not enclose the back yard entirely, it was still better than no yard at all. We kept them on leash outside while they did their business. The home is clean and the bed (at least the one we slept in - there are four beds total) was comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower, too. Since we were just there to crash for the night, these were the things that stood out to me. And it's so much better than a hotel! The major selling point for us was that it has a driveway. We could park our truck - loaded with all of our things - and felt it was safe. Although it wasn't an issue for us, there is a convenience store across the street plus West 130th is a busy street. There was a fan available to create the white noise I needed to sleep. This was the perfect location for us because it put us close to I-71 for the next day's long drive back to Texas. Our host Dilini was available for questions and was always helpful. Thank you, Dilini, for everything! We'll be booking your VRBO again for the night on our way to/from our Vermont summer vacation in 2023!

Clean, conveniently located, spacious

Perfect location and property for our family gathering. Since we were traveling with a pre-schooler, the upstairs sleeping space was perfect for her while the rest of us could hang out a bit past her 7:30 bedtime. We were in Cleveland to visit relatives and to introduce our granddaughter to her great-granddaughter. It was a perfect weekend, and our granddaughter considers this to be 'the family house.' She wants to come back. Dilini was a terrific host and responded quickly to our questions and we were particularly appreciative of her willingness to accommodate our last-minute request for a later departure time. The place is well stocked with paper products, towels, body wash, and shampoo which we found very handy. We look forward to coming back.

Not where I thought we would be

Overall the house was clean and comfortable. It was difficult getting in and out of the driveway. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we come to Cleveland.

This is in more of an urban setting. very close to many attractions such as Edgewater Beach , zoo, and downtown/stadiums etc. Very clean. Several personal touches. Owners kept in touch to make sure we enjoyed our stay or had questions. Very friendly. Beds were very comfortable.

Located just outside the inner city. The listing was as advertised. Owner provided necessities… and coffee. Very clean. Only one issue, the floor vent in the dining room is loose. Other than that, would recommend for the price.

This property is located in a very convenient locations, seconds from I-71 and minutes from I-480 exits. This home has been newly renovated with all new stainless steel appliances, new countertops and new bathroom fixtures. It is furnished with the guests comfort and cleaniliness in mind. It is also in a very safe neighborhood with the Police station right opposite, for added safety.
